CVS Health offers coronavirus (COVID-19) testing at select locations, with lab testing and rapid testing available. The tests are limited to eligible individuals in certain states, and minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. High demand may cause delays in lab testing. The staff at CVS are generally described as friendly, helpful, and patient, with the floor staff often praised for setting a positive atmosphere. However, some customers have reported that the pharmacy staff could be more polite and treat each person as an individual. The clinic staff are described as efficient, getting customers in and out quickly. Customers have had mixed experiences, with some praising the excellent customer service they received, such as a quick response to a prescription issue, while others have encountered rude staff or long wait times. One long-time customer has had to complain to the corporate office about unanswered phone calls and long drive-through lines, suggesting that the company may need to hire more staff to better serve its customers. Overall, CVS Health provides a range of services, with the quality of the customer experience varying across different locations and departments.
Nice staff, even when the customers are abusive to them. I never have any issues whereas my prior experience (Publix) was a hot mess.
November 2023
I received a medicine with a past expiration date (received end of October with expiration of 9/2023) with no explanation. Does this location make a practice of dispensing expired meds? Was hung up on on my first phone call.
July 2023
The pharmacy clarified and helped me with my refill request!
