Very rude pharmacy staff! No customer service!Called to find if this CVS location has ear drops available for my toddler and they refused to help over the phone and hang up on me! Unbelievable!

My experience of this cvs pharmacy has been wonderful , they work hard and efficiently to get prescriptions filled , or approved by insurance in a timely manner . Customer service is always top notch , the pharmacist “Jordan” Specifically has been a blessing to interact with She is very supportive of customers needs , she is understanding and goes above and beyond to help.

Pharmacy Staff.Condescending and extremely rude staff.Where ever we travel in the country the general theme/tenor seems to be this way.We don't think they start that way. It must be pressure from middle & upper management that drives the rushing rudeness, the nascent nastiness, the urgent ugliness. (Get the idea?)Once a year we try to spend money here, no more.

Horrible customer service by the lady who helped me at the drive-through window today. First, she took too long to help me. Second, she lied to me by telling me that my prescription medicine was not in stock. Then, she admitted that in fact, they have one in stock, but she was not able to transfer my prescription from the other CVS, who sent me there to get it, since they are truly out of stock. Then, she basically told me that she was not going to help me further because she had other people waiting at the counter. She was even additionally rude by moving her hands to explain herself out of frustration.

Pharmacist are no real help. This is the one closest to my house. You'd have better luck going to Walgreens across the street or the cvs further away on Steven mill. But then again the pharmacists there are also shit. Really no real help and just tries to get the patients out of the way fast. Will recommend you whatever is first to pop in their head and won't listen to the actual problem throughly to see what is needed.

I need to give this place the biggest support I can possibly offer.. When my grandson's mental health medication was not available at another pharmacy, this branch of c v s really went out of their way over a forty eight hour period time to make sure we got what he needed. I can't thank them enough and can't stress enh. How much we appreciate these people. God bless you all

Went into this place yesterday to buy a phone holder device for my car. Looked through the inventory they had which was minimal but no problem. Walked up to the counter and waited for the two women there to finish the conversation they were having. Apparently LaShonda was not going to put up with Leroy's nonsense no more. Eventually I interrupted them, and asked if there were any more of these types of devices in the store. One of the women looked at me and said we don't have those. So I walked back to the display which was about 10 ft in front of her looked again at one of the items I needed and said to her would you please come over here and unlock this device that you don't have. She told me I was rude. She unlocked the item and I purchased it and dealt with her shitty attitude the entire time. Another example of someone who doesn't want to work. Or at least doesn't want to work like an adult does. Pathetic.

Whoever answered the pharmacy phone at 12pm today was so unhelpful and incredibly rude. If we’re calling for information and help on prescriptions, it’s your job to help us. Will not be returning to this location.

I have been a loyal customer at CVS for a number of years even though their service has always been slow. The customer service has gotten progressively worse and now I am unable to get my prescribed medicine. The help in the pharmacy is less than stellar and never apologetic. I receive the standard script being told my medicine will be in the next day and then told it is on back order. I feel like I’m on a hamster wheel and unable to get off of it. am frustrated and look forward to changing drug stores.
