I went into CVS for an ice pack for an injured thumb. When I had trouble locating it, I asked the pharmacist where it was. She came out of the pharmacy, showed me the product on the shelf, recommended a gel for the bruising, and throughout the whole interchange was kind, funny, and delightful.

Maria goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction and help! I have almost stopped shopping at CVS due to negative experience! However Maria will keep me coming to this location!!! Thank you!!!

We have been using this CVS for the store and pharmacy for 17 years. Yes, things have changed over the years, but times have changed. Sure they are busy in the pharmacy and short staffed, but if you just have a little patience when you go in to pick up meds you will get taken care of.
I love to shop in the store. Maria works upfront and her personality just shines through. The store is super clean and you can find some good prices if you sign up for the app and get your coupons. That is the key “the coupons”.
I was just here today and come here at least 2x a week for my pharmacy meds and goodies.

At 14600 Lawyers Road location, the staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Maria on the front register. Every customer knows and loves her.

They are so rude! I had an actual question that needed a pharmacist to talk through with me and she told me I should have used the automated system because they are short staffed. They are literally always “short staffed” and half the time the drive through window is closed with a sharpie sign that says they are short staffed. So unprofessional and lazy.

I have been going to this location for almost 2 years now, as it is convenient for me. Today I called to ask the pharmacist a question regarding the medication (filled at this location) I have been on for a week now & side effects I have been experiencing. Upon calling, Rachel picked up and I requested to speak to the pharmacist. She advised me he was busy at the drive thru window and she could help me but I again asked to speak directly to the pharmacist as I was uncomfortable disclosing my concerns with anyone else. She placed me on hold for 11 minutes, I then called back and again asked for the pharmacist. She again told me he was helping a patient and was occupied and I would have to hold as she can ask him to pick up the phone and for HER to assist the “patient” that’s was at the store. After holding for another 11 minutes, “Ben, the pharmacist” answered abruptly only to assume I was asking about dosage and contraindications that were given without hearing my concerns. As I corrected him as to why I was calling, he sternly directed me to my primary physician to answer my question as I was giving him “too many side effects” and he couldn’t answer my question, if I should stop the medicine or not. Needless to say, I called my doctor and got my Question answered. BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS IT IS NO WONDER WHY WE HAVE AN ABUSIVE MEDICINAL PANDEMIC IN THE US TODAY. NOBODY WANTS TO HELP ANYONE ELSE, EVEN MEDICAL/DRUG PROVIDERS!! Coming from someone in the medical field, it is a shame that A PHARMACIST (Someone who distributes drugs) DOESN’T HAVE THE TIME OF DAY TO ANSWER IMPORTANT QUESTIONS REGARDING SOMEONE’S HEALTH and MEDICINE SIDE EFFECTS AND WILL JUST REFER TO SOMEONE ELSE. (After an hour and a half of being on hold and waiting for someone to answer a simple question; My provider DID fulfill my inquiry.) NO HELP TO CVS. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Poor communication, even poorer attitudes. Received no contact about a refill of an important medication; they didn’t fill it because my insurance didn’t cover it. No phone call or notification to ask if that’s what I wanted to do. My grandmother called to check on my and her prescriptions. Three of my family members were near me during this conversation and there’s no way anyone can say that she didn’t YELL at my grandmother when she asked for clarification on the price. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional staff. I can sympathize for short staffing but there’s no excuse to be so rude. Especially when I’m sure most of the customers are older people. I believe her name was Whitney. We’ll be switching pharmacies ASAP.

I put in a prescription at 3:00, for an important medication. Says ot won't be ready until tomorrow 11:00 that is crazy. I called to speak with someone in the pharmacy, and the lady I spoke with was very rude. Won't be back for anything at this cvs.
