Didn’t know about this location and was surprised to find more that just a package pickup / drop off. They have packaged food items, toys and much more and the staff was so great !

I have use this FedEx ship site since I have moved to Matthews. I have had a good experience just about every time I’ve visited. their pricing on box’s to ship stuff in is a tad pricey, but I guess that is the cost of doing business.On my last visit, it was pointed out to me a self drop off for a prepaid package. I never knew that was their. Now that I know there’s a package drop off this will make my life even easier.

I had 3 heavy packages. I leaned up next to counter. Jasline asked to move to other side. She didn’t care to say hi. There was no line. She didn’t ask for help. Another lady came over to help. She was helpful and friendly. However UPS has always been friendly. Customer service goes along way.

This is the shipping counter INSIDE of Office Depot. It definitely exists and it’s for FedEx.
