Outstanding service! The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Those guys were able to help me with my flat tire right away! I was over 2 hours away from home. They got me back on the road in less than 30 min! Thank you for your help and great customer service!

I had a miscommunication on the tire selected. I spoke with Ray and he chose the right tire, ordered and installed them. Giving me credit for the original tires. All was to my satisfaction and above my expectations. I highly recommend Ray and his team at the Stevens Mill Rd store in Matthews, NC.

It can be tough to find a good mechanic -- lots of apathetic places, plenty of places that are just plain incompetent, and always some scammers around, too. But I've been taking my car to this Firestone for several years now and always feel that I've gotten good work and a fair shake, too. Much appreciated!

This is a great store and Jim the service manager really works hard to ensure customer satisfaction and quality work. I took our G9 in for tire repair and felt really safe and secure knowing Firestone and Jim were looking after the car. Thanks Jim!!

They were understaffed but still managed to get my car taken care of in the time frame they originally quoted. The guys are all very kind and considerate and the service is excellent. I have used this location for many years and will continue to do so!

I had been going here since 2021 until I had to move and I must say not all firestones are the same. This location has always treated me well. The customer service is good in terms of delivery. They would greet me when I come and also update me on my car status. They would even give me a heads up if the eta would be a little longer and try to work with my schedule to the best of their ability.

They charge more for an oil change than anyone else in the country and somehow my oil light came on (for the first time. Never seen it before) after 3k miles post oil change. I checked the dip stick and they skimped on the oil. Walmart does a way better job for $50 than these guys for over $100. Avoid this place at all costs.

Easy to schedule service. Honest assessment from Jim as to TPMS repairs needed. Ready in a timely manner. No surprises!! Been using this location for years and have never had an issue.

The service department got me in and seen ASAP. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They noticed services my car could benefit from and explained the current sales/promotions that were being offered.
