Erased my widowed mothers hard drive because someone didn't read the correct paperwork. Getting the run around. Lost pictures of grandkids and info about my dad's estate.

Terrible. Employees are rude and not very helpful. You’re gonna wait an hour or so before anyone speaks to you. Drive to pineville. They have more than one employee and actually seem to know what they are talking about. Matthews is a joke.
