I had an appointment at 2:40 to try to resolve an issue with the phone being broken I had insurance I have the extra protection and the girl simply sat at the table and told me I didn't have what I had and that since I didn't purchase it at the store nothing she could do...was extremely rude not helpful at all, horrible customer service.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. First off they make you make an appointment and that’s fine. However in following protocol I was subjected to the upmost incompetence I have ever wasted my time dealing with. I spoiled with someone over the phone to book the appointment, they asked me not only what kind of device that I had the model how old it was and said that I needed to make the appointment actually insisted that I’ll be on time in order to kind of keep my slot. I explained exactly what was wrong with my printer and request requested an express appointment in which he looked up Outside of the location that I was calling to make sure that I can get in today. I actually then returned the call back to the call center to see if there was anyway I could drop off the printer rather than stay and wait for it in which they told me I could not. I had to accompany my device and leave with it however, the evaluation was free For the printer. Well, lo and behold I get there not only do they not service printers they do not service printers over one year they do not service printers not purchased in their store and they do not service printers that are not covered by an extended warranty. So after I rearranged my schedule and had my husband to be late to accompany me to the location that I booked my appointment at I was rudely turned away and just nonchalantly told that the call center needs to stop doing that because lately they have been making appointments for devices that they don’t service. This is ridiculous then I got the number to corporate or at least I thought which is just the one 800 number for Best Buy which continuously hangs up on you. You cannot get a customer service representative and if you do not have a warranty, they just direct you to the manufacturer in which I looked up and because it is over a year old and I did not pay for a Best Buy warranty service I cannot get the printer fixed there All of which could’ve been avoided. Then to read the reviews and find out that not only are they overpriced and overrated they wasted two hours of my time and I’m not even able to complain because of course that would not be good customer service and of course they’re not in the company of giving good customer service don’t waste your time going here. You’ll be better off going on walmart.com or Amazon

Terrible. Employees are rude and not very helpful. You’re gonna wait an hour or so before anyone speaks to you. Drive to pineville. They have more than one employee and actually seem to know what they are talking about. Matthews is a joke.

I hate to give Best Buy a bad rap but since they are associated with geek squads, they need to reevaluate doing business with them. Some of their driver suck. October 7th I decided to stay home all day to wait for my delivery of a washer. Driver left voice message saying they will be late and plan to come after the time they were schedule to come. I said fine. I decided to run out to get some lunch around the final hour they were suppose to come. Mind you. They were suppose to come between 9am-1pm. I went to get food around 12:35pm. They called back and said they are on their way. I told I step out to get some food but I should be there when they arrive. When I got home. I didn't see no truck, I checked my CPI security and they never showed up. They call their dispatch and lied and say they waiting for 20 mins before they left. They never rang the door bell of mentioned to me that they arrived. I was so pissed becuz use I waiting all day and this was geek squad delivering my washer since the first one was damage bad. One of the guy name was Dominic. They need to do some workshop with the delivery driver especially if they are dealing with 3rd delivery company. Best Buy was able to rectify the situation and got me a brand new wash with no additional cause. I will continue to buy from Best Buy Outlet. They have good deal and the workers are wonderful. So have to have my washer. I would recommend Best Buy Outlet in Pineville. They are great.

I've been best buy customer all of my electronics / everything .. hp vector, macbook pro, 65' LG p , Sony camera profe, ...so on as loyal customer they could not help me for my monthly bill payment interest rate on a difficult period of time on pandemic l was laid off my work coz closed due to pandemic and they sent me $ 500 .00 interest to pay . I was shocked!I wouldn't recommend to any one !

You make an appointment and you wait half-hour and they want change your appointment because someone else appointment. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I PAY FOR THIS SERVICE.

The $99.00 annual fee is worth it's weight in gold! Covers up to 5 devises. They have repaired my computers many time of their ailments remotely, giving me absolutely no down time and all with no trips outside my home. Stunningly valuable in my estimation.
