(ie Drake, Jonah, True) and work together to find the best supplies for all your health objectives. Come in and use the promotions set to aquire a good deal for your nutrition goals!
To GNC Mgmt: The store could be much greater if corporate effectively adjusted major issues to reduce a high turnover rate. Notable ones seen were employee pay, merchandise diversity, training with less redundant material, better equipment, and less focus on loyality/access and more focus on customer requests and demand. Consider daily give-a-ways, take time to understand the person's medical goals, and check Rx/Supplement contraindications so that all parties reach satisfaction.

I walked in and had no idea what I was looking for, I just knew that I wanted to put on some muscle and try new some protein powder. To preface: I’m not the type to typically write reviews unless they are well deserved—this is genuinely one of those cases.
I bumped into this employee named Drake. He wasn't an average pushy salesperson; he legitimately took the time to listen to my goals and what I was hoping to achieve. Drake also asked questions about my lifestyle and current routine, which made me feel like he genuinely cared about finding the right products for me. I haven’t had that experience all too often.
Based on our conversation, he recommended a few different things and was super knowledgeable about the products. He was also kind enough to explain things in a way that was easy to understand (I’m new to lifting). There was no pressure to buy anything specific, he just laid out the options and helped me weigh the pros and cons. He just went the extra mile and it was like asking for advice from a friend, not an employee.
In the end, I walked out of GNC with exactly what I needed. If you check this place out, definitely seek out Drake—he’ll get you right!

I went inside of the GNC store located in Matthews, N.C. and I was greeted by a GNC Sales and Customer Service Representative by the name of Koffi!I am a 70 year old man from Brooklyn New York and I'm not easily impressed, However; Koffi's welcoming smile and stunning physique was very impressive! Mr. Koffi possessed a kind of Herculean stature: it is so fitting that he manages a GNC store! He is the perfect Poster Boy for GNC and should be used to Model the GNC Brand and it's products! If GNC were to properly invest in Mr. Koffi's advertising ventures, I am sure that it would result in notable Increased Product Sales!Mr. Koffi addressed all of my questions and concerns as he exhibited his incredible wealth of GNC product knowledge!It was a unique pleasure and opportunity for me to have met Mr. Koffi and it is my intention to become a regular customer!

The store hours are lies, don't waste your time and your $$ going, because you don't know if they will be open or not. Canceling all my services and subscriptions of any kinda with anything affiliated with GNC.
