Today was my very first visit to the Great Clips at Sycamore Commons. The Stylist who helped me was Toni. She is a very pleasant person and was very attentive to the request I asked for to have my hair cut. She engaged in conversation and cut my hair with great care.

Went in needed a hair cut told the lady I wanted a shampoo and cut she then say do you want it washed after I cut it I said no wash first then cut she didn't listen didn't know what it was when I said long layers and the top layer should start at my shoulders mind you my hair ws in the middle of my back and is now at my shoulders. Not happy with this location what so ever will never return to them. It's like they didn't want to be there working or know what to do when people asked for their hair shampoo then cut so will never go back

Writing this as my hair have finally regrown long enough for a hair cut after this traumatic experience. Told the lady I want a fade at the back and keep my top part/bangs at the same length. Did I get a fade? Probably about half an inch. My front hair? I’m speechless.
The lady was very kind and friendly. She was very nice to me so I don’t want to hurt her feelings or make it hard for her. But mam people were shocked when they found out I used to got a beautiful head of hair ?

Very friendly staff, and even trimmed my mustache for free 30 minutes after I left when I came back because I forgot to ask them to at first. Also my hair looks great. So cheap too.

This might have been the worst customer service I've ever had getting a haircut. I never leave reviews but I was appalled. I asked for something not that complex, just wanted to try a different style, and my stylist made sure to make disgusted faces, calling what I wanted "weird" with a very condescending and judgmental attitude. I understand to give a professional opinion but this was far from it and very unacceptable in my opinion. Never going back, I didn't get the stylist's name unfortunately but her nasty attitude cannot be missed.
