Honestly, the best haircut I've ever had. Staff were all friendly and welcoming - great atmosphere. Candace, my stylist, was amazing!! She took care with the details of the cut, and it turned out great :)

The service was amazing! My daughter wanted a trim and Camille, the stylist, asked if she ment layers or just a trim. She asked if she could use water to cut her hair and even offered to touch up her face frame. My daughter was so happy after her visit and I hope we see Camille again!

I unfortunately did not end up getting any services done at this location. I told the stylist I just needed to be shampooed and my hair blow dried out since I cannot currently do my hair. I have a broken arm and just wanted to have somebody do my hair so that it would be presentable for work. Everyone working could see I have a cast in a sling. I was told by the male stylist that it would be too difficult for him to do my hair and to wait for a female stylist instead. A blow out should be a basic skill for any stylist working in any type of salon. I chose to get up and walk out because it made me feel like I was just a hassle for them. A shampoo and a blow out is $45 before taxes and I decided I didn’t want to give them any of my money. I don’t plan to ever return to this location. I may never go to any other great clips location in the future if this is the kind of customer service that is given to somebody who is injured and just wanted a simple service done.

I went in Saturday to the plantation market great clips a lady with black long hair and tattoos on her arms did the worst haircut I have had in 37 years of life, she was kinda upset. How this business let people work here if they don’t know how to cut hair. I had to go to a Latino barbershop to get my hair right. I’m not going back there i recommend you to stay away!

I had a $5.00 coupon that I forgot to give the girl when she rang me up. I told her I realized that I had forgotten to give it to her( coupon in hand). She asked the manager and the manager said no.
I find this very disappointing and a very poor way to “ satisfy “good customers. The haircut was great. The service was shamefully poor.
What do they do if they ring out a sale incorrectly? The void it out and re-ring it. Why couldn’t they do that for me. I like going to Great Clips, but this really soured me. A beneficial response for both of us would be appreciated. The manager was a slender white girl with long stringy black hair down to her waist. She seemed VERY reclusive. Never looked up at anybody. When asked by an associate about the coupon she didn’t even look at it. Just very quietly said, NO and tuned her back. This is how retailers lose business.

Black fat lady over the store doesn’t have patience. I asked her to do the straight hair cut she did it in less than 2 minutes and she said I’m done. I was surprised when she said I’m done with hair cut.

Not a great haircut. This is the second bad haircut I've had at this salon. New to the area and not sure if there is someone I should request. I always got my hair cut at the Carmel Rd salon but moved to Matthews a few months ago. I may try again since your salon is convenient.
