What happens when you decide you to stop at Harris Teeter and the reviews are mediocre; you hope for the best! Unfortunately when I do shop here, the customer service is meh, the shelves tend to be stocked but the selection at this location leaves a lot to be desired. I will constantly find myself looking for a certain item and when I finally relent to ask for help, the associates aren't able to assist me. The customer service desk can be hit or miss depending on the mood of the associate and what you need help with. I was trying to do a Western Union and the associate had a melt down trying to figure out how to do it. I gave up and went to another location. The store's cleanliness is good and one of their bright spots. Needless to say, I don't often come to this location because there are much better locations around the are. Overall, this store can be hit or miss and you may or may not find what you're looking for. Bon Chance!

~~Update to my 2015 review~~Years later: different personnel, still amazing customer service here at store #343 in Weddington! We worked with Carol C in the Floral department and her manager Connor, and we couldn't be happier.We needed to place an order remotely, so Carol and Connor worked with us to place a floral order through the Harris Teeter mobile app. Connor verified that the order/payment came through, and Carol put together a beautiful custom floral arrangement within that budget.They both went the extra mile to make sure everybody was super happy with everything. Friendly and professional. We love Weddington Corners and this Harris Teeter!

We went to this location to get a covid vaccine on 12/7/2021. The pharmacist who administered the vaccine was friendly. However the assistant at the drop off window was not friendly, even though we had an appointment she acted like we were inconveniencing her in some way by checking in for the vaccine. Then she mocked the way I sounded communicating with a mask on. Which the store required, which I didn't mind wearing but she seemed to be bothered by it in some way.

Always a good experience shopping here. Highly recommend this location. Easy to park, they are constantly wiping down the carts and offer sanitary wipes as you enter.

Overall a good store. However, store management really needs to schedule better and teach staff to clear customers. Horrible service in the self check line.
