I’m frequently asked to round up upon checkout to the American Cancer Society while only a few feet away customer service is selling cigarettes. Thats just really inappropriate. I also asked if they could order two items and keep them in stock but I was told no. Other grocery stores will do this. Produce section has improved but it’s still relatively small, and not enough local produce or organic.

I was just checked out of HT on MTParkway by a girl named Trinity. My 3 minute interaction with her was so nice! She has such a calm and relaxing demeanor, I seriously felt like I was going into the spa for a massage. Just wanted to give a shout out to a good employee when I see it, since I own my own business I like to point out when employers are lucky to have someone. ?

The florist in this store is AMAZING!!!!!! When I buy flowers for my friend this is where I go. Jessica has made a a few arrangements for me and helped me pick out flowers as well. The last one was for mother’s day and it beats any that you can buy online or from a local florist. Thank you so much Jessica!!!

I wanted to share my wonderful experience at the Matthews Township Parkway deli counter with Kuo Jung (hopefully I spelled his name correctly). He is always very helpful and cheerful! Today, it was really busy at the deli counter and nearing closing time on Memorial day weekend. This didn't seem to hinder or bother Mr. Jung in the least even taking the time to thoroughly clean the deli meat cutter upon my request. Which I think is just fabulous customer service despite all that I've mentioned above. Thank you kindly Mr. Jung ?

Lauren, made my morning at the deli by providing the roast beef I needed for my lunch today 30 minutes early. This was truly a first class experience this morning! Thank you again for your professionalism! I hope management and corporate looks at this also.

This harris teeter has the most horrible employees. They don't show any world class customer service. Poor CSM, Manager on duty Jerry is rude, Haley the self checkout cashier is rude. None of those people belong working for HT
