This morning I had a terrible experience with the lady at the bakery trying to pick up my pre-ordered cake. I walked up and she was working on something made eye contact with me several times and never greeted me or anything. After about 7 minutes she looked at me again and rolled her eyes. Then Lisa was so sweet and asked if I’ve been helped. I said no, but she just looked at me and rolled her eyes and continued working. She told the bakery lady what I said and the bakery lady started talking VERY loudly “I was here, she should have said something… I was RIGHT HERE”. Not sure what the heck her problem was but I was pretty upset. In my eyes, the customer, if you make eye contact with them, you go and help them. I was patiently waiting for her to be done with what she was working on then help me. Hoping she won’t be here next month when I need to order a cake for my youngest. If she is I’ll go somewhere else. Lisa was very kind and took great care of me. I appreciate her so much.

Getting too pricey. Convient for a few items. Have begun shopping at a competitor just down the road and save a lot of money on our weekly large shopping trip.

Told two different staff members that their prices were not reflecting the VIC price. They all stared at each other like they didn’t know what to do or didn’t care. Y’all pray for this world - none of us were brought up like this. They don’t GAF anymore.

This location has a great pharmacy staff. The delivery and pick-up staff are really wonderful; kind and quick working.* The new website is a fantastic failure, and that's saying something given the previous version. Even the employees agree.

I need the manager to explain to the deli on what it means when customers ask to cut thin I’m tired of coming there to ask for thin and I get them cut thick I have no problem with the Harris Teeter on lawyer Rd ??♂️ when I say please cut thin pleaseThank you

I just did a pickup for groceries. Ashley was awesome and had everything so beautifully packed. Not too heavy. She even took the extra step of calling to see if I wanted bags for laundry detergent etc. When I got there she handed every bag and item to me from cart! Very kind to customers!The website for Harris Teeter shopping is easy and convenient and they have a lot of electronic coupons!Thanks Ashley! Compared to Walmart you make going to get groceries a pleasure ❤️?Great Job shopping too!
