“It's my go-to to health food store that supplements Earth Fare. They both offer the same general food types but each has a different style. Sprouts has a better selection if skin/hair products and teend to offer new products but they don't seem to stay long. Their meat products suit the organic taste buds and they have a good selection of frozen food products.”
“I love having this small store for a variety of vegan options in the neighborhood. TVP, soy curls, snacks, vegan “jello”, protein bars, “beef” jerky, etc. love it.”
“The store is well stocked. Bakery clerks immensely helpful at this location. I chose this store over Huntersville since the latter was simply rude by phone.
Sadly, the lovely birthday cake I picked up for my friend was shockingly dry. I was even humiliated at how tough it was. I have purchased Whole Foods vanilla cakes with buttercream frosting for many special occasions in another city and always found them to be incredibly moist and delicious. I'll speak with a manager before ordering my next cake to get a freshness guarantee.”
“OMG / OMG - Hands down! - This was the nicest and most robust Whole Foods that we have ever been to in our lives! - Staff was very: (1) Available, (2) Knowledgeable & (3) Friendly; - Patrons of the store were normal and not like the usual insane types that we are accustomed to bumping into. Parking lot can be slightly tight - nevertheless, we were able to find plenty of parking. People in the parking lot are extremely cordial and friendly too. Produce is fresh and well stocked. Sit down area is extremely clean! - Employees obviously take great pride in maintaining this location! A+”

“A huge whole foods! Instead of one long aisle they do like split mini aisles which makes it almost harder and disorienting to navigate lol When you walk in you are immediately greeted by the exceedingly large flower and produce section, probably the best one I've seen when compared to my dinky Whole Foods. I came in just for mustard lol it was a Sunday afternoon and the self checkout line had no lines and the other lines didn't seem that bad either.”
“This was a great great place to shop. Staying at a hotel got some hot food and hot soup. It was a great experience. I can’t wait till they get one closer to Port St. Lucie Florida where I live.”
“I am a newby to the state with no family here and this was my first visit to this GNC. My day was not going so well when I entered this location and the store clerk Nick was of great assistance. I was going to pick up a few things from several stores in this shopping complex with GNC being one of them.
Unfortunately when I 1st arrived, after parking, I had managed to lock my car keys, purse, and cell phone on the front seat in my car.
I could not find security or a police officer to assist so I went into Target & Sally Beauty Supply to seek assistance without success, and last tried GNC. Well Nick was very inviting upon store entry & I explained my situation to him. Nick was able to assist me with finding a locksmith & was very kind, attentive, answering all my questions thoroughly about a few products while I waited for car assistance to arrive. I also appreciate Nick offering to let me use his cellphone and answering the call from the locksmith when they arrived.
After a successful entry into my car I was able to go back to GNC to make my purchase and thank Nick for his assistance. Nick helped turn a frustrating day into a very good one and I am very appreciative. All around top notch service. Thanks again Nick, I really appreciate your kindness and assistance!”
“Convenient location with ample parking. Everything is always clean; staff is friendly. It’s hard finding the Abbot’s brand, so it’s great that I have the option to come here and get it.
My only complaint would be that every time I shop, my loyalty ID is never recognized. Every single time. Nobody has helped me fix this issue.”

“I ordered several products online during the cyber Monday sale.
Over two weeks later I still had not received my items.
I called customer service and was told my items were still being prepared.
I was then given the option of waiting for an unknown date on delivery or a refund.
I was afraid that if I chose the refund and went into the store i would miss out on the deals because Cyber Monday over.
That is exactly what happened, but I went into the store and explained the situation to this gentlemen, he was understanding and issued me the items at the previous sales price.
This is why I drive all the way to this particular store to get my items.
The customer service is like no other.
Hopefully someone reads this and recognizes this young man for is understanding and professionalism.”
