no customer service and no one to help look for products or support. I don't recommend using them for anything!

Staff is wearing masks. Kudos. But many shoppers today were not.A sales associate told me that that they're not permitted to ask customers to wear a mask despite the State order to do so.Shop elsewhere. Protect each other.

I went to Home Depot at Independence an 51 and I know the date is May 1st 2020 covid- 19 and no pun intended. They said on Television that they had way to many customers coming in the store and employees are worried about people not follow directions and allowing 6 foot space. So I order curbside pickup....and believe me this in when the wheels came off the proverbial buggy.....after an text telling me my order was ready I decided to at least give the 30 minutes before arriving at the store....very poorly marked curb pickup signs in lot...went to entrance door to ask employee standing there he said stay there....AND THEY WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU.....now it gets interesting another employee came out and rudely said to move my car I told her that I was there for curbside pickup.....she very rudely pointed at signs done with a magic marker and told me I was parked in the fire lane.....but not the truth the outdoor grills were parked in the fire lane not me.....guess she missed the meeting of where the fire lane is......you know the yellow striped lane that says fire lane.....waited another 20 minutes to get another employee to come out and ask me for my order number and the car parked next to me theirs also.....so another 20 minutes of nothing........the worst service ever....I even gave them more time after the text that told me my order was ready......so much for big box hardware stores they all generally have disgruntled and uninformed employees to help.......by the way they were no better even before the Pandemic .....no stars but not possible

Complete terrible customer service. Tied to order approximately $8000 in lumber and all I got was the run around. No one at the pro desk had to ask for help from the 3rd employee that walked by and she didn’t have a clue and sent me to customer service. Go to customer service and she tried to send me back to the pro desk and once I said they sent me here the she wanted me to give here the SKU numbers for the lumber I needed. Headed to Lowe’s now I know they will help me.

This is the worst Home Depot I have ever step foot in. I have been to this location countless times over the last several years. More often than not it is a frustrating experience. Associates and managers have no interest in assisting customers and are unable to resolve issues. Three times they have said my online order was ready only to show up and have to wait for excess of 20 minutes each time. Also good luck finding a register with a person. They rely on 4 self checkout

Smug and Terrible FRONT DESK “CUSTOMER SERVICE”! I know she hates her job, but don’t take it out on the customer! Every time I have ever had to deal with customer service at this store it makes me want to NEVER come back. The LACK of customer service (mostly in attitude by one named Tezra) WORST attitude ever. No people skills. Hello, goodbye, kiss my butt, nothing. She walks off and leaves me standing for 15 min. When she finally finished my simple return of a few nuts and b

Hello everybody me again the comment guy I went to home Depot for the second time in Matthews a walk in the front door no one acknowledged me. I walked past plenty employees with the orange aprons.not one spoke to me. One said welcome to home Depot not one asked me if I needed help finding anything. This is the second time I've been in the store and no one spoken to me. If you read the reviews on why people say it's a great customer service store it depends on who the person is that they're speaking to.because I've been in the store few times and no one has said anything to me I don't want to make this a black or white thing I believe it's a customer service thing home Depot need to train and better customer service their people I'm going to keep going in the store every day until somebody acknowledged me next time I will video tape it and put it online for people to see but an overall view of the store is just not a friendly place depending on who you are some people may agree some people may not agree but I don't care who don't agree because I've been their hands on and I see for myself. November 12th 2019 I went to the store.I will say the story is in a great location that's the only reason I'm giving it away one. I do believe the store needmore customer service training

Today was my last trip HD The main reason is they would not honor military discount. I'm a Vietnam veteran did not have picture ID but I do have VA Insurance card which they have taken many times before, also have DD214,The cashier said must have picture ID well I hope she understand not all veteran have a picture ID. I go to customer service and spoke to a lady she told me they do take those forms of ID but only on special dates. What crock of bull, You either support Veterans or you dont. Good Bye HD Hello Lowes.

Went to the Matthews Home Depot garden center this past Sunday the 5th. I spotted a vendor from Baucom's nursery putting out flowers and decided to ask her if she knew when a specific flower might be delivered to Home Depot. The exchange went like this:
