Safety Error. Got an inspection. Went fine. Staff was fine. “You’re all set.” Had to readjust my seat?? Whatever. Noticed the indicator that my hood was unlatched. Fixed and let them know. The only thing you can do in a ten minute inspection to endanger the driver….leave the hood unlatched. Check your vehicle.

Called today Saturday, was told better not to come in an hour, cause the wait time would be an hour long. “Better come Sunday morning less people”. Decided to still check it today, went in - there was no one. The guy at the service desk hasn’t spoken a word to me the whole time I was there. While being super polite and opening doors to another customer. When I asked “do techs know what oil I would like?” he said “it’s in our system”. And I told him I am a different owner and I would like the synthetic oil. Now here comes surprise, I was charged 100$ for the oil change. Probably would be nice for them to at least ask me what type of oil I would like. Anyway assumptions are not exactly the best way to operate. The oil has been changed very quickly tho within 15 min so nothing against the techs.

I’ve been here a few times over the years. Service is always super fast. I was out of there in about 15 minutes. The staff was efficient and courteous. Great prices.

Over priced and rude service.
If you want to pay exorbitant fees, and have a rude service tech try to sell you more overpriced services then this is your place.
There are other places that do the exact same work for less, and don’t try to shove additional products and services down your throat. Two stars because they know how to replace oil and filters in a decent amount of time.
