I recently moved to the area. I have been in search of a new nail salon. This place is about 2 minutes from my house. I loved how my nails turned out, but I had one fall off 4 days after I got them done and I am up to 5 nails that have popped off. I have never had this issue before.

Niki and Alan are amazing. She does amazing pedicures and he does my nails. She does all the art work. Check out my Christmas nails she did. I chose this for my grand babies. She knocked it out of the park. Always the best service. Friendly and appreciative. The are busy because they are good. Highly recommend. I been coming here for a year. I drive from Kannapolis. Lisa is great too! Alan and Niki are a rare find. Check them out. Tell them you saw this review. She worked so hard. They do not rush !!!

Always a great experience. Very friendly and do an excellent job. I like to make an appointment so I can have Pam. My nails and toes always look perfect!

Waited over 30 minutes to get serviced after they kept telling me it was only gonna be five more minutes. Once the lady came all she did was basically a polish change. It seems outrageous to me that they charge $50 for a polish change when I've been to other establishments and they charge the same price for the full service.

I cannot say enough good things about this salon! Lisa & Alan & Nikki are top notch in their customer service and their nail experience. I won’t let any other salon touch my nails. Hands down the best nail salon in Charlotte & surrounding!

I cheated on my regular nail lady and I came to Le Nails for the first time yesterday. I came in to get SNS done on my nails. I waited for around 30 minutes to get started, which was understandable because I had not made an appointment. The staff was extremely friendly, but the service was not so great. I got french tips and none of them are even. You can see where she drilled my nail under the polish still. Then the heart design on my ring finger isn't horrible, but it does not look professional. The experience was nothing like what I'm used to. It just felt like there was either no effort made or not very much skill. This might have been a bad day for them, but this is the worst my nails have looked after getting them done. On top of that, $55 is insane for how long the service took and for how bad my nails look.

When I say this place is my go-to nail salon, I do so with great pride! Never left disappointed I've always had an incredible experience here. The staff are all incredibly friendly and make everything a pleasant experience.The SNS is my favorite here! In all their service, they are so meticulous with making sure my nails look absolutely pristine by the end of the service. I show up to this morning with an old set that no one want it to remove. He was so nice and I said I’ll take them off that’s my job, even though it took nearly an hour to remove my previous set. My nails were intact and preserved he did a great job. He did a full set on me, I provided a picture for him to show him how I want it my nails to look .. and he did an OUTSTANDING JOB ?? I’m was very pleased and very thankful since no one want it to touch the old ser he did !! I also got a pedicure and I’m just going to say I be back every two weeks for my touch up and my pedicure!!
