Purchsed a vintage Dooney handbag online that was in perfect condition and looked never used. The purse itself was probably from the late 80s to early 90s and I've been looking for this specific brand for a while and it even had the registration card included! Thank you for a great experience and for all that you do in helping your local community.

Not really in the business to help anyone unless youre part of a certain demographic or youre already homeless. Called on August 12th and was abruptly advised to submit my application online before I could finish explaining my circumstances. My application was denied with an inaccurate generic email reply by Danielle Mattocks on Aug 14th and again today, Sep 3rd, possibly by the same person but removed their name from the signature, using the exact same generic email template. Very discouraging experience.

Best prices for a thrift, just wish I could have more options for clothing and shoes. When I do find something, though, it's an absolute steal for the price. Lovely staff as well.

They have a great variety of items, including a lot of high-end household things and everyday stuff, most of it used, some new. The proceeds go to charity, in a well-run organization.

My son and I walk in the opened door. Then get yelled at by everyone that they are not open!! Why is the door open? We walked in at 9:51am keep in mind the he door was open. Great community help center.

I volunteer outside on Saturdays, and this place is absolutely amazing from the other staff who are friendly and willing to help and the overall environment, which is spreading kindness to ever customer, donator, and other volunteers and staff members! I can't praise the help center enough!

The very first experience I had with them was great and the lady I spoke to was very informative and helpful. Unfortunately I wasnt able to receive help due to my leasing office giving me the run around and not giving the requested documents. This time I tried to request help and the lady was so rude and unkind and unprofessional. I was trying to explain to her my situation and why I was denied the first time and she told me well being pregnant is not a crisis even though I was trying to explain that that was not the only reason for me applying. I am pregnant with one 6 month old and recently a single mother and just lost my job due to no fault of my own but She had a bad attitude and would not let me speak and explain. All she kept saying being pregnant is not a cause for crisis. I do not know where else to go or who else to turn to but at least some empathy and kindness would have went a long way.

Tried to make a donation today because I like the mission of this store. I was 20 minutes late because they stop taking donations after 2pm, which I didn't know, and the woman wouldn't take these few little things I had. I was donating to them every week to support the cause, but now I am not going to take 40 minutes to get there.l any more. I am surprised she didn't offer to take the small items and then inform me to come before 2pm next time. She didn't even smile.
