I had 4pcs of mattress from this company.The given details was about 9inch on their website, but they sent me 7inch.Also all the ropes removed out in 2 days.I spoke with them to refund it but they cab only exchange it, no refund.So i am not recommending mattress warehouse to buy a mattress.If you want to save your time and money dont go for them.Thanks for their helpless.

Mr. Lee was very nice and patient. He helped me pick out the perfect mattress for me. I told him I had moved into my apartment and haven’t sleep well in months, he told me how important it was to have a bed that’s comfortable. Everyones comfort levels are different

Hands down..the best mattress shopping experience! I had the pleasure of making a purchase with Mr. Lee and he made sure I was fully satisfied with my decision before I left his store! He was very friendly, informative about every mattress and it's perks and not pushy about the sale at all. I bounced around on every mattress in the store and he was extremely patient every time I changed my mind! I have a big family so I've bought plenty of mattresses and this was the only time I was happy about spending my money!

Mr. Lee was awesome. He helped us to find the perfect mattress to fit our needs. We did a sleep study to find exactly what we need for a better nights rest. We were able to get free delivery within the same week. It was a pleasure to work with him and even brought friends in to make their purchase too.

Met a gentleman there. His name is Lee.I went to the store 2 times at night. The store closes at 8PM. Lee stayed with me for 20 minutes after 8PM first time, and 50 minutes after 8PM the second time.I was buying Tempur-Pedic mattress. This is price lock product. Lee was able to get me a family/friend price that saved $800 for me. I asked my wife to come to store to decide between firm and medium. It was already after 8PM. Lee told us to take time to try the mattresses and did not rush at all.I told Lee that the frame for my other mattress had a broken part. He went to the warehouse and found a replacement part and gave it to us for free.It has been a very pleasant purchasing experience at this store. You may get real benefits from this store.

Absolutely great service.Came here passing by and it was meant to be. The service Lee provided me with was right on the mark. Lee Gordon was very friendly and not pushy as most sales people. He allowed us to take a couple of days to write down questions and bring them back to ask him before purchasing. Great great experience! Love the mattress! Will be a repeat customer IF need be.
