This was the fourth time since I have been to this salon. Today was the worst experience. My eye brows were not done properly and waxing. At the end of the service, person who was doing my waxing mentioned that my owner does not encourage people who has more hair growth.
That was something very rude and they could have mentioned to me in the beginning or put that in their brochure, so people would avoid it.
I also noticed today hygiene was not properly maintained. No change of sheet in the waxing room. I would never visit this place again and would not recommend to anyone.

I needed to get my nails done and didn’t have time to drive 30 mins to my usual place. I am very upset with the product of my nails from here. The acrylic powder was lumpy and placed so thin that the tips of my nails broke right off, and the gel polish was peeling within a week, I have always gotten my nails done and this never happens to me, very disappointed!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. I should have known my experience was going to be bad due to the fact that the girl before me had a terrible experience. BUT I gave my guy the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong. I needed one tip on a nail that broke low, however he didn’t speak English well at all and proceeded to cut my other nails short before I could stop him, leading me to have to get more tips. He also shaped my nails crooked, which was bizarre. He ended up cutting me with the nail drill on my cuticles (which hurts if you don’t know). My skin is sticking to the nail/dip. There are no prices anywhere so I left paying $100 for a mani/pedi and terrible service! Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else ?

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had.. I had gel polish already on, and the lady pain stakingly hand filed it off… fast forward almost 45 minutes later… the actual pedicure was just as bad! The paint job was awful and the filing looked unfinished! Came home and had to take off the polish and refile my own nails. Basically paid for a foot scrub. I was supposed to get a gel manicure too but was so frustrated I paid and left. Couldn’t get out fast enough and will never go back. So disappointed

I had my eyebrows cleaned up a bit after my not-so-wonderful attempt to upkeep them myself. Lisa is amazing and super sweet. I will definitely be back :)

This place absolutely sucks. I just spent $60, and told the lady at the beginning of the pedicure my goal is to have the most exfoliation possible. She then proceeds to give the most minimal effort pedicure I have ever received. No exfoliation, my big toe still has dead skin on it. Absolutely terrible, what a joke. If you come to this place expect the absolute MINIMUM EFFORT. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

The worst pedicurist I ever had in my life.She was arguing on whatever I was asking her to do. Eventually she cut me on four of my toes! With blood coming out. I respected the place and I just stopped her and did not have any color , paid $ 40 and left. I saw that most of the other employees noticed that I was very upset , and I did not want to make a further scene. From the time I walked in there I had a bad feeling. Nobody was smiling and when I asked to see a catalog with what they offered and prices, the fist employee insisted to see down and wait!. I did not see the pedicures having all new tools in her basket and the "hot" ..towel was and brown with many spots of with nail color...Also she had the sink full of very hot water when she order me to put my feet in and I almost got burnt..I am a middle aged professional and have had hundreds of pedicure in my life....such an incopence I vave never dealt with ever. I understand that the majority of these places are just unsupervised employees of "companies" that only are interested in being paid..with poor skills and no manners to their customers..The reason I went to this store was because , my regulars, were closing early due to the holiday, and I had a callus that was bothering me a lot.Never again . Very disappointed and very dissatisfied.

Service was spotty at best. No one used clean tools as far as I could tell. Halfway through applying tips, one popped off because she didn't use the right size on ANY of my fingers. The overall vibe was really off, incredibly unwelcoming. I almost left before I was even seated because I got weird looks from all the staff as soon as i stepped foot in the building. Needless to say my nails are DESTROYED now after they all came off less than a week and a half later. Don't waste your money and spare your nails.
