Cynthia worked her magic and turned my dress into my dream dress. I bought my dress and I knew I wanted sleeves. For the style I wanted I needed them custom made and I’m so blessed to have found Cynthia. She made my vision come to life and exceeded my expectations. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted and she knew exactly what my dress needed. She was always very sweet and attentive. She did a great job adjusting the back of my dress, something I was concerned since the lace is all one piece from the front to the back. You can barely tell there was any adjustments there. I was very impressed with her work. She even helped to adjust the body shaper I bought, I explained to her how difficult it was to find something that won’t show on the front or back and she fixed it for me. The body shaper used to cover most of my back and you can’t see it at all. She also added hooks so the straps on my body shaper will stay in place in case the sleeves on the dress moved. She did a great job with the train and the bustle. Even my photographer mentioned that whoever altered my dress is a genius and has great attention to details.

I had an excellent experience with Naomi Frank Studio! I brought an idea to her and she turned it into a reality...with a gorgeous, one of a kind, custom wedding gown. Cynthia did an absolutely amazing job on my wedding dress! I had 6 months to plan my wedding and I am so happy to have found someone who took the time to alter my dress while making each fitting so personable. My dress arrived multiple sizes too big and Cynthia made it fit perfectly! I was so happy with the results, I even asked if she could alter my husband's suit pants (going from a 32/34 down to a 30/32) and she was so patient with us as we figured out exactly how we wanted it to fit. She also helped me steam my veil and slip right before I had to leave for my wedding.I honestly cannot recommend her enough!Services: Formal

I got my dress done here last year hoping to have a corset put in. After 6 months of having the dress Naomi tells us there will additional cost for material that she said she would bring from home not mentioning we would have to purchase it. Then Naomi tells us she has never done a dress like this before and kept insisting on more money at the end we were not satisfied at all the corset was not made with proper material but material for a veil that would have widdled down by the end of the night. I don’t recommend ANYONE to this business we were also promised a refund and four months later with no refund we’re promised half. And I also notice my review has been deleted from January. No customer should feel this way I’m completely devastated on how we were treated here.Service: Formal

Here to say book the appointment! I couldn't see myself in a traditional wedding dress. I had an idea in my mind and brought my pintrest board and thoughts to my appointment. She made my ideas come true from scratch. Now I'm going to take home my unique and one of a kind dress. Can't share pictures until after the big day! Thank you for making my thoughts come to life.

Cynthia is an amazing woman!I was sold a dress from NYBG a few sizes too big not realizing it because they size it to you when your in there trying it on and I didn't know how any of it worked being this is my first time getting married.She sized me into that dress within 2 1/2 months!Taking it in, Heming it up, and much more!She worked with me, was very confident, friendly, and communicative!I would recommend her to anyone!I'd love to say I'll be back whenever is needed.I appreciate everything she did and it turned out beautifully!Services: Formal

If I could give Naomi Frank Studio 10 stars, I would. My wedding dress originally had about 1 inch lace straps which I wanted to change to an off-the-shoulder illusion neckline. Naomi listened to all of my requests and was able to make my vision come to life. She even had us play around with the placement of the lace appliqués together to make sure I loved every single piece of it. I was having major dress regrets, but I am over the moon with it now! She was also very flexible on scheduling and kept me in the loop through the entire process. Definitely go to Naomi if you want to make any special changes to your wedding gown.
