“I had great experience last week with sales person Michael. Four star because there is one sales person with beard, he shows so unpleasant and unhappy face whenever we go to the store. The other days same thing happened while we were making purchases, he went to Michael and said something in his ear, which made me very uncomfortable. Manager need to coach him immediately for his weird behavior towards us and he might be doing the same things for other Asian customer, which is very inappropriate.”

Then Donald Reichenbach, the Senior General Manager, stopped what he was doing to help me locate the toner and helped me determine the best size for my printing needs.
