“We recently worked with Binders, Inc. to create custom branded sales binders for our team, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Previously, we were purchasing standard Avery binders from Amazon and creating our own branded inserts. It was both time-consuming and surprisingly expensive. Once we connected with Binders, Inc., Ken walked us through several sample options and helped us design a fully customized binder that perfectly represents our brand. The final product features sturdy 3-ring binders designed to hold our millwork catalogs, and the quality is excellent. From proof approval to delivery, the entire process was seamless and impressively efficient. We’re extremely pleased with the results and will definitely be placing another order. Highly recommend Binders, Inc. for anyone looking for professionally produced branded materials.”

He helped us stay within budget without sacrificing quality, and his attention to detail ensured we remained on schedule with our move-in. We highly recommend Trav and the team at Carolina Office Solutions for any office furnishing needs. Five stars all the way! “This review is both positive and negative regarding Sharp Business Systems. Although they provide excellent service and we are extremely satisfied with their products there was an issue that we could not get resolved for more than five months. We made numerous phone calls to some great people but just could not get the matter rectified. Recently, we were fortunate to be given a new account executive named Anne Visser out of the Asheville office. She called me one day and listened to what the issue was. She followed up with an email saying she was working on it and I would hear from her again the next day. She was impeccable with her word and she responded with a solution to our five-month dilemma. She was wonderful and I thought that she should be recognized for her outstanding efforts and abilities at conflict resolution. Thank you Anne for a job well done.”

“I spent quite a bit of time at CORT Furniture Rental and was given excellent service by Frederick and Spencer. They assisted me on two separate occasions to find the right pieces for my new apartment in Charlotte. Their patience with my process and guidance to the right sofa, chair, table, TV and bed made all the difference. They even introduced me to a reliable mover to help get it all in my place. Thanks to these two gentlemen, my move is set to go and I'm so delighted with my purchases.”

“I was worried about having graduation programs printed here because of previous reviews. However, I just had the most wonderful customer service experience with Caleb. He was kind and patient as I explained the technical difficulties I was having with the programs. Additionally, the other employees were also happy to assist. He was just so helpful. I would expect service to be slower if they had had a lot of people waiting. The store was slow, so consider that if you have a complicated order. One star off because the ODP website will not work if you auto populate your credit card information, leaving you to figure it out.”
