They are always short staffed and never accepting clothes. I’ve tried 3 times in the last month and they have the sign out saying, “they aren’t buying today”.

Its consistently a waste of time. They never actually look at the items. Brought a big basket in of clean, new baby clothes and they took like 7 items. I go to the Concord one when its convenient. They'll actually look at it, and it won't be a waste of time and gas.

I have sold in this store several times before, but never had an issue until today so I will like to give my opinion in the most fair and honest way possible. The staff has always been so nice and very helpful to me in the past, but today I received the worst customer service, and everything I sold felt like a complete rip off and untruthful. I will not mention any names but I do have them written down in case I have to come back here and update my review. I want to believe it wasn’t a good day for them and I’m still going to try to give this store the benefit of the doubt but I would like to give you all a friendly reminder that it doesn’t take much to be BE KIND in this world to BE GENUINE. No need to be rude or mean to people. YOU really never know what someone is going through.. so please bring peace, be kinda. I will be stopping by again soon, I hope to see a change.

The woman who buys the clothes, I don't know if she's racist toward Latinos or what her problem is. My husband took our son's clothes to sell, clothes in very good condition, no stains, no tears, and not old. Also, some super clean New Balance shoes, and she didn't even check the clothes she took to sell. She grabbed about 10 items at most from 3 boxes we gave her. No good store to sell 👎👎👎👎

I’d never been in this store but it was very well organized and had two dressing rooms which I really appreciate.
Today a very kind employee went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a cute gymnastics outfit in time for her class. My little girl was so blessed and so was I. (I regret not learning your name—but thank you so so much! )

I dropped off a whole tote full of clothes to sell. Nothing wrong with them and they took 2 items and I got $1 and some change ridiculous when they have stained clothes on the racks. Also a lot of their clothes are overpriced and might as well buy new.

Cashier was super uninterested in helping me actually purchase things from this store. She literally yawned in my face at check out. Took forever to come up to the desk to check me out and didn’t seem to know how to use the compute system. Tried to charge me full price for sandals from the dollar bin.

This is the second time that I have called into the store prior to bringing items in to sale. I was told on the phone that infants items needed to be in very good condition but if so feel free to bring them in. I arrived at the store to be told ( once again) that they were not accepting 0-9 months items. I have been trading clothes here for years but the service and communication has suffered greatly in the last year. This will be my last trip here and I sincerely hope another children’s resale shop opens nearby soon
