I'm from out of state and had a last minute need for a Rover specialist. I explained my situation expecting some push back, but nope. They got me right in and sorted without wait. I wish I lived closer as finding knowledge Land Rover specialists is difficult. Thanks again guys!

Mike is exceptional at customer service. I emailed him over the weekend and he responded, considering that they are closed on the weekends that's rare. The work they did was quick and inexpensive. I recommend these guys to anyone who has a Land Rover or a Jaguar. Located in Matthews, NC. If you live in the area support your local businesses.

For years, we have taken our Range Rovers to Performance Rovers for service. One can certainly trust that they are in great hands. Tracy Sinnot, Service Advisor is so professional and is one of the reasons we continue to service our cars there. If you are looking for a service department that can be trusted and does the job right, look no further! Recently, they replaced my timing chain on my classic Range Rover Sport which I plan to keep forever!

This place is your classic good ol boy smug operation. They talk to you like you are beneath them. I’ll be honest I brought a project to them, wasn’t an easy job. They made it out to be like I was the dumbest customer ever. Wouldn’t even try and fix it. I thought mechanics were in the business of fixing things. It’s one thing if you cannot fix my issue, but don’t talk down and smug to me while you do it. There is another really good business close by that was able to help me out, highly recommend you do the research before bringing anything here.

After taking my car to 4 other places and spending thousands on failed attempts to get the heat fixed I was recommended to performance rovers. They were able to fix it in 30 minutes and at a great price. Everyone was beyond helpful and kind. Will only bring my car here in the future.

We had an issue with our Range Rover HSE we couldn't get fixed at numerous other places. Tried everything except bringing it to Performance Rover. It is right before the Holidays and they didn't have availability until after New Years. Explained our situation to Tracey and she not only fit me in, but had it diagnosed that same day! Totally fixed the next day and happy to say everything is working great. Never going anyplace else again!

Most shops get scared when you mention anything rover. This place says bring it on. Amazing techs and they definitely know their rovers! Get frustrated in other places, or leave with a smile from here.
