Do not come to PNC in Matthews, NC. Do not give them business, do not work for them, do not associate with these heathens who work here. The abomination of a "manager" white lady who works here is a BLATANT racist along with this bank's HR department. What an abomination of a bank / employer. This is why they only have 2 customers to serve per week, because they suck. I also saw roaches crawling on the ground of the institution, what a disgusting branch this is with nasty staff.

There are NO tellers there. I can't make a deposit. Their ATM can't even take the money! It's a joke for local town banking! I'm not going to that branch ever again!

This is basically an ATM. They can’t do anything in the bank and gave me a sheet of paper with addresses of different branches in the area. Such a joke. PNC banks are already limited in the area and to not even offer anything inside this location is such a disappointment. I’ve banked with PNC for over 10 years and am considering pulling my money from them simply because of how inconvenient it has been to get things taken care of.

Karen at this location is the most helpful person (she checked in to make sure I was happy with my products/options/advice), love the drive through options and it's weird to actually have a relationship at a bank. All of my other experiences have been virtual banking. Highly recommend.

I really like PNC bank. I've been with them for years, coming from PA. I never have to go to the bank since I do most of it online. But if I do I really do not like this branch. An appointment is always needed. There are a greeter that works there, a teller and a manager. It's kind of frustrating because even though they do not look like they are busy and appointment is required. Also I tried to make a deposit thru the drive-in window. Dropped my deposit into the bank canister and no one came to the window, either to greet me or to acknowledge that they were even there. I ended up parking, had an infant with me, got her out and went in. The teller was busy talking with someone and had the deposit receipt in her hand. Defeats the whole purpose of drive in! The workers are nice here but I find the whole process not very efficient and frustrating. I'm sure it's all PNC banks and not just this one.

Find it hard to believe I need to make an appointment to come to bank just to simply add my husband to my account! 4 employees in the bank 3 with no clients but I need an appointment or have to sit and wait. I will not be back here!!

I recently opened an account here at the pride event a few weeks ago because I have been having so much trouble out of Bank of America. A few days later I found out my sister was a member of SECU so I choose to go there instead. I called and spoke with Diontae about closing that account at PNC and he was very professional yet personable and convinced me to keep the account because of the perks. I realized it would be too much of a hassle to keep all three of the bank accounts I have so I chose to consolidate everything with SECU but even after I told him that he was still very polite and courteous. I thought long and hard about my decision because of the great customer service I received from him and just wanted to give him recognition! No, I didn't choose PNC but when a friend or colleague of mine (that is not affiliated with a credit union) ask for my opinion on a bank I will highly recommend PNC!
