I placed a very important order with a local florist for a funeral this past weekend. At the last minute, I was informed that the delivery driver had an emergency and could not deliver the pre-ordered and paid for bouquet. I scrambled immediately to reach another florist and thankfully, I did. Not only did Providence Florist accept my order, they fulfilled everything and personally delivered the bouquet to the church on time for the Catholic Mass that began just 15 minutes later. I thanked the owner, Sara, from the bottom of my heart and marveled at her quick action and professionalism. Clearly, she went above and beyond exemplary customer service as this saga ended on the highest note possible!! When I first spoke to owner, Sarah, she was unbelievably busy. With no help that day, she was very apologetic as to how busy she was. She had other clients on the phone and had to call me back. She said it would be 5 minutes and IT WAS! Sarah was professional, competent and personable. I asked for a same-day afternoon delivery and got it. This small business is a definite gem. I would encourage people to use it because I will again.

Cannot say enough about Providence Florist and their excellent customer service. We order flowers for our business frequently and they are ALWAYS beautiful and delivered in a timely manner. This morning I called to have some delivered this afternoon, but due to the supply change, they weren't sure exactly what time they would receive them to have them arranged and delivered to us. I was checking to see if tomorrow morning would work, and within 5 minutes they called me back and said they tracked down the Roses I had asked for and said they would be delivered as initially requested.Thank You!!!!!

My son had his Junior Prom and purchased the corsage. and boutonnière. Nice fresh roses and friendly atmosphere.

Lovely. A beautifully made corsage & matching boutonnière. It was a rush order and sight unseen (let me stress those bits!) but after a quick Q&A of sweet concern they matched, complimented, accentuated the colors the couple wore, even the colors of her jewelry accents. Fresh flowers- Her corsage lasted for days beyond prom! Thank you being apart of making what was a beautifully fun night.
