M. Grooms has good personality, confidant and competent but I got a completely different style than what I asked for after thoroughly explaining, with pictures.She is very good at blending and cleaning up along with know-how with the use of shears and razor. My bangs were cut way too short above eyebrows and more bangs were added. 5 more inches were taken off the length and it was important to have my length. Hard to style. Maybe my hair was a challenge?Services: Haircut
