This is usually my go to Ross it's usually clean, shoes are in order, etc
This visit it was lacking, and the line was so insanely long with not enough cashiers that I put my items back on rack and left. Smh

The truth is that there are cashiers who lack respect. The truth is that there are some that do not provide good service. It is supposed to be a place where the customer feels satisfied.

Horrible that Ross is treating it’s customers like criminals having to check receipts at doors. I’ll stick with TJ Maxx and Marshall’s. You make the few ruin it for everyone by treating your paying customers poorly!

There were 8 people from Ross and only 2 cashiers working, the rest doing nothing, just talking a long line and they don't care.
