Checked in on mobile order pick up app & wasn't acknowledged after waiting 30 minutes smh. Ultimately had to walk in to check on order & was told check in was never received. Let’s do better Sam’s.

Curbside pickup on a Sunday was amazing. They came out within 5 minutes and had everything we ordered. Even when we go in, the store is organized. We use scan and go so no need to wait in line.

Placed club grocery delivery 24 hours in advance . The delivery was supposed to be January 20th from 12-2 pm ( grocery same day delivery) I placed on the 19th . Not only did they not deliver , after I called 6 times they ke promising delivery . Today 48 hours later there is no groceries, there is no delivery, there is not even a sorry for how unpleasant and unprofessional this is . I am on the phone for last 40 minutes trying to cancel this mess so I can go in person myself and grocery shop . They charged my card $300 and did not deliver the order . At this point I just want a refund so Ican go and get my groceries myself . Typing this while I been on the phone for resolution for 43 minutes …..Stay away from their groceries delivery service. This has been the most unpleasant customer service experience I have ever experienced

This store doesn’t offer boxes for customers any longer which means you have all sorts of loose items and it is a much longer process to load your car. They likely have higher expenses in what ever it is they now do with the boxes. Overall produce and meats not as fresh or appearing to turn over as fast as Costco. It is much less busy than Costco but, suspect there is a reason for this despite similar pricing. We will not be renewing our membership.

Ordering pickup from here they are always about 1 hour later than when they say the order will be done. I seem to always spend about an hour sitting in my car which completely removes all advantages of scheduling a pickup.And when you say something the workers don’t seem to even care they just wasted your time because they are late.

The money I saved on tires wasn’t worth the hassle to have them honor my road hazard warranty prorated replacement. I had a screw in a non repairable part of the tire. No use in calling, they have an offshore call center and if you can understand them your call will be dropped multiple times when forwarded to the store. They don’t carry the tire brand/size I bought 6 months ago so after two weeks with a screw in my sidewall, 20 calls, no response from the help center I finally received an equivalent tire of a different brand. Two of the tire center associates were extremely helpful trying to resolve the issue. It could have been resolved two weeks earlier if the manager or help center would have contacted me with a solution to the issue.

This is a good location on this one. The parking was actually ok . The lines were moving and the were pretty stocked the meat was ran through but I did get there later in the day.

Hello, on Friday, December 23, at approximately 7:30 pm, my daughter and I were victims of racism and xenophobia by an African-American woman named "FELICIA." This lady approached us in an aggressive manner when we were scanning the products to pay. Arguing that we move the things to another shopping cart, since we were scanning them within the same cart.He told us to do it again in another box. We went to another box and started scanning again and again he approached us, supervising everything we were scanning without taking his eyes off us. I imagine this lady suspected that we were going to steal when obviously that was not the case.The aggressive attitude of this lady "FELICIA" is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
