Bought an $8 car wash, no soap was dispensed the entire time.
I went back in and told the woman behind the counter about it and she said something about how someone had done something with it 10 minutes beforehand and then started talking with her coworkers, ignoring me.
I walked away very frustrated. Have a one star review, Shell.

The sign outside indicated the price of gasoline at 2.94, but at the pump it was 3.04. Why try to deceive the consumer?

Sign on the door says open until 12a Friday and Saturday. Closed at 11:11p. Change the sign on the door to properly inform your customers.

I went to get gas etc, was there at 530am! Hours state that they open at 5am yet the doors were locked but lights were on? Why? If your hours changed fine, but at least update it on the door and website! False Advertising!! Also while they are opened the employee are rude and give attitude when trying to make a purchase! Pls don’t go here!

Going to this station is a waste of time, the chip readers on the pumps don’t work like 50% of the time. Tried three different pumps with different cards and none worked

Overcharging for some items and scan it in a way to avoid applying full discounts. Other stores do not do that within the same company

Don't come to this store if your chip on your card goes bad. They won't let you swipe a card. Evidently your money isn't good enough that way. HT will take your business though

One of the young ladies turned off the pump while i trying to pump my gas. Now I’m currently trying to dispute my transaction with Cash app. I visit this store often but after this incident I will not be back.

Angie was the worse. I walked in and she was outside standing at the door, talking to a person visiting. They were smoking cigarettes as I walked in the store. I walked around and got a drink and took my time to see how long before she came in the store behind me. She didn't put her cigarette out and follow me in, there was no one else working and I literally could have taken whatever I wanted. She finally walked back in after she finished her cigarette and her friend looked at me through the glass. I was already standing at the counter and she just walked in and looked at me with this aggravated look and said "sorry" very sarcastically. I mean I don't expect much at gas stations, but the owner/manager should know how carefree and careless this woman was or is. I'm pretty sure there's a policy at most stores that states customers are not to be inside the stores alone. She chose to stand outside at the door and smoke an entire cigarette while I stood at the counter waiting on her to help me check out. Note she was already outside when I pulled up so I mean this is just inexcusable. Terrible service

I have Ben going to this store for 7 years! I own a home 600k+ and to see an 18 year old person working by themselves at night and allowing under age kids to buy alcohol and cigarettes is disappointing! I’m a father of 4 kids. This is what allows our neighborhoods to not have the right elements because the kids have one of their own pumping out the goods while adults above 21 are no where in sight! Shameless people! And because I spoke on it! She threatened toGet me banned from store because I stop her side hustle

Two ladies with no teeth standing around gabbing behind the counter, supposedly working, while there’s 20 people waiting in line. I stood there for 15 minutes and not one person was run up. This gas station is awful along with the people that work there.

You can always bet gas prices are higher here than pretty much any gas station in a 5-10 mile radius.. but because they are the only one in the shopping area, they can get away with it I guess. Isn’t too busy so can be nice to not have to wait for a pump to open.
