Nothing short of disappointingAfter having the bed for around 50 days I call to start the return process because I haven't slept well and I paid almost $6,000They ask to send out a memory foam pad topper to which I agree, needless to say it helps none... After an additional 2 weeks of giving the foam pad a shot I'm still not sleeping well I call to once again begging the return process only to be told they'd charge me $250 to return it Nothing short of disappointing Overpriced air mattress!!!

I’ve had my Sleep Number bed (m7) for several years now and I love it more every night. I always come back to the Matthews location to get more sheets and pillows (True Temp is the best!) because I’ve always had a fantastic experience with the sales team here.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have given that. Have had our Sleep Number bed for just under two years and it will not get to or maintain the desired sleep number. Please do not believe the sales people that sell you this bed claiming to have a 15 year warranty. After year one the warranty this bed is pro rated and anything that is needed to repair this inferior bed will cost you along with you having to self diagnose it on your own. If you want a tech to look at it that will cost you an additional $149. Customer service was dismissive and rude. This is by far the worst mattress that I have ever bought not to mention the most expensive! A complete and utter disappointment. DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER BED!!

I was forced to take out a protection plan on $16000 of furniture bought and delivered 11/22/22. Don’t believe it. The left side of my beige loveseat has my wife and I sitting on springs - very uncomfortable.They won’t even send service to try to fix the sunken seat problems. A food stain is on 1 of my dining room chairs which service will not remove. This is atrocious service and client care. I paid over $700 for this care which is awful. Buyer beware! All smiles to sell you and up sell you. Took major advantage of me as a senior.

I really love dealing with this Sleep Number store. The sales people are awesome. I've been in the store several times and they're all very nice and knowledgeable. I was recently there getting another set of sheets, and the store was clean, I was greeted when I entered, and they were very nice as usual. In particular, I've really appreciated dealing with Catalina. She really knows what she's talking about and makes all the tech easy to understand. This is my preferred store and I highly recommend Catalina and this store.

Hopefully, this can help someone in the market, WARNING sales person, Jarred at the Matthews location has like a Jeckyl and Hyde personality. He started out friendly but when he couldn't close the deal he became very upset and aggressive towards me. He was telling me I should finance the transaction and I disagreed. From the beginning, I told him I wasn't financing my purchase and would be paying cash. We were unable to agree on a final price, so I told him it was OK and I would wait to see if there were any future promotions. Jarred became loud with me and started asking about my vehicles and if they were financed. Not sure what my car finances has to do with him selling me a bed. Just a pure lack of professionalism and respect.

5 for Catalina's help with the purchase of our new bed. She was honest, informative and patient with our questions. 5 for how comfortable and long lasting the beds are. We are replacing one that we had for 15 years. 1 that SleepNumber is so ridiculous expensive . My advice is to buy during their Black Friday sale. It is the best discount of the year.

Sleep Number customer support sucks. I called today to get an appointment to fix my bed and they said they could only come on April 20th to fix it. Don’t buy it unless you want to risk sleeping on a broken mattress that won’t fill for 2 weeks.
