This group of people has always been very helpful when I have had any issues I couldn’t resolve online or over the phone. Excellent customer service, regardless of the fact I am never in there to buy anything. As a longtime Sprint customer that converted when T-Mobile took over, I have to say the change has gone well! Go see these guys if you’re shopping for new carrier, or need any help!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE… Employees are very rude. Went into the store to change cases out for phones we bought 2 days ago. Store manager tells one employee that oh they are here just to play with cases. Then when we are checking out get told we cannot return product and we had to pay for the other cases as well. WILL NEVER GO TO THAT STORE EVER AGAIN AND ANYONE NEEDING T MOBILE SERVICE GO TO THE Arboretum store. You get 100% better service there

Came to store at 10 am when they should be open an no one is in the store. I needed help with Wi-Fi box to work this is ridiculous. I plan on changing my service

I arrived early on a Sunday and was first in line for when the doors opened at 12 pm. Huge thanks to Eduardo who successfully triaged my family’s phones and gave us useful tips for our settings. He also helped us figure out why we were being overcharged each month resulting in getting a refund from customer service. Thank you!

I had the best experience working with Paris and I believe the other young man’s name was Brandon. I arrived at closing and had some questions about changing my service from Verizon, they were patient and answered all my questions… I ended up transferring my service over to T-Mobile. Thanks for staying over to get my service switched. Very professional!

The phone service is HORRIBLE!!! Keep putting people on hold and NEVER coming back to the phone. Called back multiple times and let phone ring out. You would think it's busy right? NOPE! Drove up to the store because I literally live 1 minute away and store is empty!!!

Iesha was VERY rude! I came in with an issue with my bill and wanted to change my PIN code. She stated they do not change pins in store which was completely understandable. I proceeded to ask question to understand my bill and she did nothing to help. She started to get fustrated because she was not giving enough information. Walked away stating that she did not have the time and proceeded to call customer care. While customer care was trying to get information Iesha started to over talk the customer care rep stating that I had my phone. Customer care disconnected the call to call me and said that Iesha never told her anything. My experience with her was terrible! She never told me anything and even started to help other people without even finishing me. Customer care is clearly not for Iesha.

After being a 10+ year customer, ordered a phone (over $1400 with tax) and I have to buy a charger head. Find the same phone at Best Buy for $225 less. Return phone and got $75 re stock charge. Nickle and dime customer and I am considering swtiching to another company. Company cares about new customer just to get them in. After that, customers are not valued. Terrible customer experience with the company. Dissapointed

15+ year TMobile customer here.Never really had an issue until now.Came in to get my phone checked since it wasn't receiving service, and unfortunately when I mentioned this the employee reset all my phone connections without telling me which reset dozens of programs that need to run 24/7 for different business's I own and their security. They didn't tell me what they were doing and just kept going through my settings.They never even fixed the problem, was told to just call 611 and have them fix it instead of actually helping me in store.I ended up getting it fixed after hours but disappointed that I had to spend hundreds of dollars reconnecting programs and services that should not have been touched from the start.-1 star: unprofessional-2 stars: not solving problem+ cause more issues

Kymberley is the best! I was in this afternoon with my wife to switch me over from ATT to T Mobile. We had some trouble getting my stuff moved from my old phone to my new phone but she stuck with it and got everything moved over. A true Professional.

Hard to redeem the screen-protector replacement program (that I'm paying for) because they didn't keep my purchase on my file? Said they wouldnt do it twice before replacing it the third time I disputed the fact I had screen protectors covered. Hopefully once I bring my bank statements, as proof I purchased my acessories there, it'll be easier/quicker if I need to utilize my protection plan again. Didn't have this problem at the Monroe location. I wish Kaitlyn still worked there :( she was awesome.

I was helped by Kaitlin with ordering a new phone and also setting up my new phone when I received it and she was fabulous please give her a raise and when she moves to Vegas please make her a store manager there !!! She will be missed here in Charlotte NC

My husband and I needed new phones/upgrades. We went to the Indian Land store. The sales gentleman did not have what we needed and did not offer to help get it/ order it. We called 8 more stores to find this phone. The T Mobil in Matthews on Mathews Township Pkwy., had what we needed. Dwantae was our person that took care of us. He was exceptional! This gentleman had one of the phones, and ordered the other as well as getting what we needed for the phones. Two other stores told us we could not order the phones for our upgrades. We left knowing if we need anything at a T-Mobil, we will go to this location before others, even though it is one of the furthest from our home. The other employee that gave us assistance was Isha. She was also professional and great. I highly recommend them
