State Employees’ Credit Union is described by long-term members as a very helpful institution with excellent service, friendly staff, and a very clean workspace. However, some recent experiences note that customer service can feel less personal during peak hours, with high call volumes, and the lack of certain conveniences like phone payments has been disappointing. I have been a member of SECU for almost 24 years. They have been very helpful as I recover from major surgeries. Jacquline, Thomas, Debbie along with others have provided excellent service for me.
