Scott, Branch Manager is professional and helpful. He will listen and provide great service.Hopefully, you never have to deal with the call-center that’s located in India. You can call multiple times on an issue within the same day and concurrent days and get different answers. It seems they just want to rush to get off the phone.

Website says Saturday hours are 9am to 1pm but door hours days 9am to 12pm. I arrived at door at 12:22 only to find branch closed.

I was so impressed by Shane Tomasek,my relationship banker at this branch. He greeted me with professionalism and a genuine kindness that you don’t see anywhere these days, he addressed my concerns as if they were his own, and made sure that all areas of concern were addressed. He was charming, polite and very efficient in solving my issues. He went an extra step and walked me to the ATM to make me feel comfortable which meant the world to me. I feel as I have a personal/ relationship banker I trust and most of all a new friend. Thanks Shane you were awesome !!!! I wish they were more people like you

I closed my ck and savings account here due to opening a business account at a different bank and wanted everything in one place. Marlene was a doll. Gave me a certified check and waived the $10 fee, was very helpful with the entire process. Thank you!

Just moved here from FL this year and opened personal and business accounts here with Scott Cooper. Recently I went to him with a problem that I had with another bank (where I still had an old business account). I was skeptical Scott could help me resolve the issue, but he quickly and successfully solved my problem. I’ve always found Scott and the tellers to be very friendly and helpful. Great bank!

Have account with Mcafee. Thought I was talking to Mcafee. I wasn’t and got duped out of several hundred dollars. I never in a million years thought Truist could help. Went to Scott Cooper. He looked into what happened to us and declared fraud. Truist investigated determined we lost the money under false pretenses and put that money back in our account. WOW!!!

I have always had excellent customer service from the staff here.5 stars for them.As far as Banking Service(s) - OK. Not best ever, not terrible.3 stars.I'm waiting to see how merger > Truist works.Old Sun Trust employees much easier to deal w/ then old BBT.I've had issue(s) already.I see ALOT of complaints online.Bad sign...

The BANK CLOSED my account For NO reason. Smh. Talked to 3 different supervisors on their customer service 1-800 number because the branch could not answer my questions. All 3 supervisors could not give me a reason as to why. They just told me I had a letter in the mail. The letter just told me they could hold my money for whatever they wanted and how ever long they want for no reason along with closing my account for no specific reason. This is the worst bank I have ever incountered in my life. You are better off getting a Walmart money card than an account with this bank. At least with the Walmart card you know your money is available when you want it without having to worry about them withholding your money. Thank you for giving me a chance to go to a better financial bank that actually appreciates their customers.

Working with Cindy has been an absolute pleasure. The best banking experience I have ever had.
