This location is pretty big and renovated. I did come on a Saturday, so it was quite BUSY, to say the least. Parking was full, but I was able to snag one almost at the front. There is a big parking lot so there are plenty of spaces to choose from. Inside was pretty clean but just so much traffic. The makeup section was picked apart and crowded, so I just opted to stay away. Other than that, it is a great location and has a variety of things and is well stocked. I would try to avoid going on weekends as it seems it's always so crowded when I go on weekends.

They used to do pretty good price matching with Walmart. My favorite tea just jumped up a dollar and a half. My favorite mascara just jumped up by five dollars. There is absolutely no associates in the store or at checkout. Just self check out. No service and raised prices.

Target is always sooo good, but the grocery selection is bad! I know that you aren't a full fledged grocery store, but to be out of so much stuff is really bad.

I prefer the target in kannapolis over all targets but this one is a close second .you can never go wrong with target some of the prices are too high same products at Walmart for a cheaper price

Target's not a bad place it's a big place but I like Target it had a lot of things to look at a lot of things you see but they didn't have a bakery inside the grocery section I think that's the only thing it actually bothers you target to anybody that was looking for anything in a department store besides that it beats the hell out of going to Walmart every time just saying

All of the parking spaces are super far from the door with the current parking set up, which makes me feel unsafe as it is so i try to avoid this location. Last month I needed a specific baby formula and they were the only location that had it in stock in all of Charlotte area (2 cans) so I tried to do a mobile order purchase. After 3.5 hours my order still was not ready and my baby needed to eat. I drove 30 minutes across town hoping it would be ready by the time I got there. It was not so I parked and went in to guest services and they refused to help me and told me it would be a few hours despite telling them my situation. I cancelled the order and went to get it myself. The only 2 cans in stock were on the shelf and could have easily been purchased by someone else while I was waiting then I would have been in an even worse situation. They really need to get it together.

Drive up orders take over 20 minutes from the time you park. They always mess up the order. Nobody answers the guest services desk phone. Twice I've had to cancel pickup orders because they don't have them ready.

Used to be a decent location now they are consistently out of a majority of products. Ordering for pick up has become a guessing game between what they are missing and how long it takes to process and then possibly cancelling your order saying you took too long to pick up when it was never ready!?!?!? Time to stop blaming Covid. They never answer their phones in customer article, ever. Terrible store. Won't be going back anymore. Whole Foods is cheaper, faster and better service.

The grocery side is really lacking! More of a convenience store than full grocery store.

If you like to order target drive up please be advised that they do not offer it when it is raining. When I pulled up, I was told I need to go inside to pick up my order because of rain and that they were not offering drive up. A text would have been helpful to let me know ahead of time. I drove out of my way for this convenience, with a toddler in tow.
