DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Customer service is awful!Also they do not have any kind of satisfaction guarantee. They wanted huge payment to exchange for a cheaper mattress. WORST!!!!!! Please save your money and find a decent company!!

Do not buy a mattress from this store!! I bought a mattress from Kelsey in Matthews, and she completely lied to me and did the typical sales pitch to bamboozle you in to buying the mattress and lied about the warranty. I told her I was hesitant about buying a mattress here because of their warranty and she's like, you don't have to worry. You have 30 days to make up your mind and if you don't like it, you can donate it to a local charity and get a full refund. If you keep it past 30 days, you will have to pay a 25 % fee to change your mattress. She did tell me about how they do not accept returns or exchanges on mattresses but if you donate it in 30 days, you'll get a full refund. So she went over the policy twice, and I was asking questions about it and she was telling me that I will receive a full refund. So I wrote a review on their page and I get an email to send information. So I did and got an immediate call from Robert and he said to call him or Kelsey. So I did. I called Kelsey up. She then told me that it sounds like I need to upgrade my bed to a harder mattress but I would need to pay 25% fee to change the mattress. I was like, hold on, you told me I have 30 days to donate it and bring back the receipt for a full refund. And she was like, can you up Robert, so he can help you out and completely avoided the 30 day policy she told me about. So I did. I called Robert back. And Robert said the same thing that Kelsey said. That I would need to pay 25% fee to change mattress and bring mattress to the store and they would burn it because they can't resale it. I said, I'm not paying anything extra, because what I was told from Kelsey was that I get a complete refund for my mattress if I donate it and bring back the receipt in 30 days. He would not accept this. But then he said he would talk to Kelsey again and ask the question that I had which was; 1) why did you keep going over the 30 day policy with me and telling me that I would get a refund if the 30 day policy didn't apply to me at all because the only thing I bought was a mattress and not head boards or accessories. It's a moot point to bring it up if their policy was not to refund for mattresses but she told me they did. So Robert called back and asked her why she kept bringing up 30 day full refund if it was just a mattress. She then said she did say that about the 30 day full refund but it was a pillow I was asking about. A PILLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOWWWW! I never bought a pillow! I never asked about a pillow! I never said anything about a Pillow. This was a complete lie. Even if I did ask about a pillow. Why would you got over a 30 day full refund with me if the only thing I bought was a mattress. I have my picture on yelp to show that I only purchased a mattress. I also have the voicemail of Robert confirming that Kelsey said he talked to her and said that she went over the 30 day policy with me but it was about a pillow and not about the mattress. It was two separate conversations. I've never heard an answer like this. Absolute ludicrous. He then backed her up and basically called me a liar and said he wasn't going to refund me anything and agreed with Kelsey that I was lying. First off, don't call me a liar. Second, don't scam me. And third don't lie to me. This place is a complete joke. They must be really hurting for business because both times I went in, there was nobody in there. Completely empty. So I get why someone who is basically on commission would lie me to me. But when you get caught in your lie, just own up to it. I want an apology and a full refund.

I recently bought a new mattress set. The set is great. The young man who helped me was great- ***** very knowledgeable and customer oriented. The delivery and set up was great. I would highly recommend this store.

I went looking for a mattress and instead felt so uncomfortable we tried to look around and ended up just leaving. I didn't understand why Google said this location had 5 stars on yelp, but now I see it's because the reviews are 2+ years old. So I thought I'd leave an updated one. The second we walked in, the lady at the desk greeted us and seemed sweet. She asked us if we needed anything, so I proceeded to tell her that I wasn't sure because my husband and I had never been mattress shopping before. She just said "okay". After asking if we could lay on the mattresses and she handed us some bags with a sheet in them and explained what to do, then she just went back to her desk. There was a man who must have been the manager who was in the back or something came out because they had customers. I was expecting him to say something, or ask us what we were looking for, or even offer up knowledge about the mattresses to help us find something that fit our needs......... instead he just stood in the lobby the entire time without saying a word and just watched us walk around. We're pushing on mattresses, trying to read the grading tag, trying to understand on our own what the gradings meant, did a few passes per mattress...... The man never even said hi. He didn't even move at all. He just stood in one spot and stared at us awkwardly the entire time we were in there. The girl at the desk never said anything to us after her initial reaction either. It was so uncomfortable we just said thanks and left.
