I had a WONDERFUL experience at Truliant's Matthews, NC location and it was all because of DOUG! He works at the Waverly location but was assigned to this location today. Upon entering, I was met with a smile and extreme professionalism. I told Doug I was interested in membership, opening an account, and information on auto loans. I wasn't aware that they work by appointment only on Saturdays. Although they were booked solid with membership appointments, Doug still tried to squeeze me in today. When I told him that wasn't necessary, he told me the best time to call to schedule an appointment. He also informed me of how I didn't have to put it off because all those services could be done online through their website and gave me instructions on how to do it. Doug even went the extra mile, by quickly crunching potential auto loan interest rates and monthly payment amounts for me.This visit proved to me that Truliant respects and cares for their members and clientele. Thank you, Doug for providing me with EXCELLENT customer service!

Yesterday was Friday and I spent 3 1/2 hours getting the run around trying to find out why they blocked my Truliant credit card. I spoke to 8 different people, called 10 different numbers and still no resolve. I'm going to the matthews branch this morning because I not going through the telephone game again. This has been truly frustrating and my card is still blocked. This is the second time this happened. More to follow after I go to the branch.

Amazing. Let me start by saying we opened an account on Friday late afternoon before closing and the entire staff cared for us like family even pass the closing time. Major and Sandy are extremely professional at their positions. We definitely chose the right place for our business. In case you wonder why we switched banks very simple someone stole my id and walked into Truist and walked out with my money . Trust was lost. In closing, Truliant treats you better than family.

I had a 12PM appointment today to open a new business account. I arrived 30 minutes early. I was met at the door by Alexis. She asked me to have a seat and that she would be right with me. I only waited about 2 minutes and she called me into the office for my appointment. Alexis was great to work with. She had me set up quickly and created my online account for me. Thanks, Alexis for making this experience quick and easy.

I have been a customer with Truliant for over 8 years now. I went in to my local branch today for some reasonable information and I can not remember the ladies name but she was beyond rude. She was a Caucasian lady in one of the offices. The way she spoke to me was absolutely absurd and very unprofessional. She acted like there was a problem with me and the questions I was asking. After 8 years of being a loyal customer I will now look for a new bank as I will not tolerate being spoken down to for any reason I did not cause.

If you like poor service, long wait lines, getting hit with a fee to pay a loan payment. Then every time you get behind or try to pay either your on hold or they lock you out of there web site. This is by far the worst place I have ever done business. I have paid on my auto loan 4 years and still owe what I gave for the vehicle. Due to miscommunication my collision insurance was deemed to high for NC. Where it was coming from IL. 700.oo a year so they dropped it . That just left the liability coverage. So Truliant then charged me 3000.oo for liability ( how's that right and there in NC. Seeing how 700.oo was to high. So I got the letter in the mail stating. I misinterpreted , them stating they would drop it but the cost was added to my loan . I took it for the life of the loan. Seeing how I was paying it anyhow I wasn't about to pay it twice. NO NO NO TO ANYONE they do this to this is a scam. They charged me 12000.oo for this I called ro get pay off on my loan and I owe almost to the dime .what I gave for it 4 years ago. Paying 600.oo a month. Do the math... don't add up. Then when I try to clarify and get this taken care of I get some a****** that just wants my vehicle back. I guess they do Seeing how I done paid it off. So now it's free money when used cars trucks bring double. I Pais my payment through covid. Never ask for a day or month much less 3-5 like I could have.. Then when I did get covid and put out . I got behind and this garbage is how I found out they treat there members send a repo man to your doors. This place isn't worth your hard earned money. Trust me... Stay away ... don't give them 50millon more to put there name on anything. You will be sorry. Got to a real bank or SECU

My fiancé is a first time car buyer and went to the Matthews location to apply for a loan while speaking with robin gilgor she took a lunch break in the middle of our appointment!!! And then she said she was going to send a docu sign to my fiancé’s email. We were at the dealership for 3 hours!!! Waiting on the docu sign agreement to be sent. The salesman we were buying from kept calling and emailing her over and over to get the docu sign sent and it was still never sent we called corporate to see if they could send it and they said they couldn’t because the branch was now closed for the day. We drove an hour away to get all of this done and still could not drive the car home please please make robin gilgor go through a review of her service that was terrible I will never recommend you guys to anyone!!
