This morning we went to this location to return my package, the lady at this CVS UPS location was akind of rude. Though my package doesn't required printer but can return by UPS QR code. She totally ignore us and even dint give us chance to talk.

I’ve use this ups store a few times and the customer service is a hit or miss.There’s been a couple times I walked in there and waited patiently and once was asked what I need with an attitude it’s so discouraging it feels like it’s a bother that I am there so I just say never mind thank u and pretty much never went back.
