“Excellent people and customer service. And they negotiated with me on a good pricing. When I bought my car for some reason the payment didn’t go through with the Zelle thing and I had to wait an extended period time to receive the money back but I ended up having to come out of my pocket with money I didn’t have to pay the remaining total since Zelle hadn’t sent me my full amount yet, but they still worked with me. I would say don’t trust Zelle!! lol anyways I will be coming back to buy a suv from you guys in the future I know not to use Zelle though only card or cash!”

“After shopping around for quite a while for just the right fun summer car, I found it via an online search. I reached out to the folks at Auto Select of Charlotte to see if the car was still available. Justin was quick to respond that yes, the car was still available.
Next hurdle... I live in Maine and the idea of buying a car completely sight unseen was a bit much for me. I asked if they could do a FaceTime walk thru of the car with me and they said not a problem. I was able to see in the car, around the car, asked the sales guy to show me if certain features worked etc. It was the next best thing to being it thr car myself!
Justin got all the paperwork to me and in two days I was on a plane to NC to pick up my Audi A5 convertible.
I arrived at the dealership when they opened. The vehicle was right out front for me. Justin and I took it for a quick spin and within an hour I was on the road for my trekback home.
The car is exactly what I was looking for. Has it's quirks as any used car does but it has added a level of fun to my summer!!
Highly recommend the folks at Select Auto of Charlotte if you're in the market for a well maintained used car. (And their office pup is a sweetheart too!)
