“Absolutely loved my experience with Harris Cars and my Audi Q5 purchase. I first spotted this Q5 in their inventory on Edmunds and, after checking the CARFAX and photos, it honestly looked too good to be true given its clean history and excellent interior and exterior condition. When I arrived at the dealership, I met Stephen, who is an extremely kind, caring, and genuinely decent person.​ At one point he accidentally handed me the keys to a Q7 that came with three keys, and my Q5 still came with a full package of two keys, which tells you a lot about how well they equip and prepare their cars. I reviewed the 128‑point inspection report and the work they completed to get the vehicle ready, and it really showed the level of detail and care they put into every car before it goes on the lot. This does not feel like an ordinary used car dealership; the vehicles are prepared to a certified‑pre‑owned–type standard, and you are treated with respect and honesty throughout the process. I have been driving my Q5 for about a month now and have already put around 3,000 miles on it, including a Christmas road trip to NYC, and I absolutely love this car. With this level of attitude, service, and care from Stephen and the team at Harris Cars in Matthews, this Q5 was truly a steal, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.”

“Excellent people and customer service. And they negotiated with me on a good pricing. When I bought my car for some reason the payment didn’t go through with the Zelle thing and I had to wait an extended period time to receive the money back but I ended up having to come out of my pocket with money I didn’t have to pay the remaining total since Zelle hadn’t sent me my full amount yet, but they still worked with me. I would say don’t trust Zelle!! lol anyways I will be coming back to buy a suv from you guys in the future I know not to use Zelle though only card or cash!”

“For our family Christmas Road trip to see family we rented a Toyota Sienna minivan from Scott Clarke Toyota Rental and found the experience to have been top shelf. While waiting to be served by a representative I noted from in store signage that you could rent what seems to be any Toyota for just about any purpose. Extended test drive or for even date night.
We were driving to NY and found the milage allowance on the Sienna along with its hybrid technology a plus. While we opted to use our insurance I overheard a representative outlining the availability of purchasing insurance as an add on.
We were able to pack several pieces of luggage with interior cabin space to spare. Renting this Sienna was one of many elements that made our Christmas Merry!
