02/28/2025 - called in Rx refill 02/23/2025. No issues. Received 2 texts informing Rx ready for pick up. No issues. Received 2 automated calls informing Rx ready for pick up. No issues. Received phone call informing Rx ready for pick up. No issues. ALL 5 notifications within 5 days of initial call in refill. Day 5, drove to pharmacy. Rx is NOT ready. Time is now 1:20. Dulce tells me I have to come back at 2:00 because they are closing for lunch and their 'counter' is already busy. Ask for Manager. Pharmacist comes. I show her ALL the text and incoming phone calls from Walgrees. She could care less. This went on for 10 minutes while she tapped on the computer. They can not count 180 pills in 10 minutes?????? Shouldn't MATH and counting be a strong skill???? If you can't count 180 pills in 10 minutes......how do they get anything done????? Sad......pffffft....🤷🏻♂️

Angelica (pregnant woman) was so patient with me. I had no idea that Walgreens offered same day photo printing and she was so helpful with explaining and showing me exactly what I needed!

I visited Walgreens to take passport photos for my children. Unfortunately, I was told they couldn’t help me right away and that I should come back in an hour or two because there were 2 employees in the store: one at the register and a manager. There were only two customers in line at the register. I was very surprised by this level of customer service, especially since I came with small children, for whom waiting is inconvenient. Very disappointed with the service.

Had to pick up a prescription here, and everything went smoothly. Came around 730pm. on a Tuesday and was fairly empty. There is plenty of parking out front. The pharmacist was super friendly and efficient. Was able to pick up husbands prescriptions with no issues at all. Overall, normal walgreens. Has everything you may need from food, makeup, snacks, novelty items, etc. Wouldn't mind stopping here again if needed.

I always order my photos from here. I just download them from my phone and within an hour or so they are ready. We really don’t even live near this Walgreens, so I am going out of my way. I find everyone here super nice, the store is very clean and is really never busy so I come to this store. ?️

This was my 1st time using this pharmacy now I know why I only have used CVS!!!! I specifically asked for a certain prescription and was given the generic brand instead! I was very clear on what I expected and was told yes this is what you're asking for!!!! I have no idea if rhw young lady has hearing issues or just wanted me to move on, however this is unacceptable on all levels. If I didn't know what I was asking for I could understand, but I had my information and paperwork to clarify what I was asking for and show if necessary!!! As a pharmacy they should be embarrassed by the actions of their colleague!!! Sad when you have to give a negative review because of someone's listening and comprehension skills!

Just visited the drive through Walgreens to get some prescriptions. Some OTC wasn’t readily available at the drive thru, but Katelyn provided exceptional service but running to go grab it for me and save me a trip of coming inside while 9 months pregnant. Thank you Katelyn for being so thoughtful and helpful!!

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Walgreens. Despite being a long-time customer, I encountered a distressing situation at the pharmacy. The wrong insurance price was provided for my medication, and when I sought clarification, the pharmacy employee insisted I contact the insurance company myself. This lack of assistance and apparent reluctance to help have left me considering transferring my prescription elsewhere. It's disheartening when a trusted establishment falls short of its service standards.

This pharmacy is super busy so you do need to bring patience at time but they’re always really nice and take time to answer your questions. Theresa in particular has been extremely helpful to me. The last few times I have gone to this location, she has gone above and beyond to help me refill my prescription or find a location that has it in stock. I truly appreciate Theresa and the rest of the pharmacy staff at this location.

My experience was good. I quickly found what I was looking for, I completed the payment process without much delay. The person who helped me at the checkout was friendly. They have a good variety of items and keep their shelves organized. I was able to park easily as it has enough spaces.
