Wells Fargo is going through a lot of drama. They got their fingers caught in the cookie jar boosting their numbers and their drama continues....I understand there are major concerns with COVID-19. Every business has there own method of handling it and as a result there any many comparison going on. They have a sign saying a maximum occupancy of 47 people. However, Wells Fargo requires you to get an appointment to get help inside the bank. Which only allows one client at a time. Definitely under the 10 people maximum we are currently under. Once you are allowed through the locked door you'll find yourself in a room, see attached picture. I am more than 6' from the worker who is wearing a mask and has a shield on his desk. Needless to say they are taking "extreme caution". So, should I be a little more than concerned when the Wells Fargo worker takes my paperwork and ID without gloves on? Or hands them back to me with no concerns. By the way, our finders were 3" apart from one another when I was handed back my paperwork. Needless to say, my eyebrows are raised at the inconsistency of their actions.

Convenient location with separate ATM drive-thru for many people to drive up and use. Never needed to go inside.

Only came here because I had savings bonds to cash and my credit union couldn't do that. Literally had to see 3 people to do one thing. Every time I finished with one person they put me at the back of the teller line to wait in line all over again to see the next person. Customer service is awful, makes me thankful I keep all my money at Sharonview. Only gave one star because I had to.

Aside from the death trap atm lane....The location is ok.......The drive through is facing oncoming traffic kind of scary..............
