Came in today to submit a wire. Made sure to show up in person, to make sure there were no mistakes with anything on the wire. It took FOUR HOURS to get the wire 4 eyed after we left the branch. It’s actually insane to me, as a person who works in a bank, and works with wires frequently, how it would take over FOUR HOURS at a local branch for a simple wire that was approved IN PERSON, LIVE, before noon to go through any sort of check. Thanks for nothing.

The staff in here is extremely unhelpful.I've had my wallet stolen so i needed to create a new account. They refused to take the paper copy of my ID the state-issued me. Until I got the hard copy in the mail. They will not try to help out at all. Do not come to this bank. There are definitely better ones around the area.

After trying 3 other Wells Fargo’s in the area to help with a wire transfer I finally found a location that could assist me. The Matthew’s location was very helpful. Although they were busy with appointments like everyone else, Ivan was able to quickly assist me before his next appointment. Above and beyond service.

Customer since 1993. Standing in line 11 minutes now for a simple transaction that any of the employees who greeted me could have handled. However, they're scrolling their phones and walking around with hands in pockets. Leaving and. Expect this handled by phone now.

The worst bank branch in the system bar none. Never have I EVER been there that there wasn’t a problem, a long wait or some kind of BS. The only thing this branch does consistently is apologize for their poor service. This institution has committed so much fraud and abuse that they are now under so much scrutiny that they can do nothing. If you're looking for a bank to do business with Wells Fargo, is not it.

I have never been one to write reviews but this one is important to me. We made an appointment last week to see a banker. This was the closest location with an appointment as soon as possible. Scheduled it for March 2nd at 9A.M. I went to this site to get the address and length of time to get there. I decided to read the reviews. My heart dropped at all the horrible reviews. I told my son, as we were leaving to go, to expect an extremely long wait and very rude unprofessional staff. We were a bit early but walked up near the door and did not face the door so they would not think we were expecting them to unlock the door early and upset anyone. Out of the corner of my eye I saw movement....there was a young lady RUNNING to the door and welcomed us so nicely. Moving the large Covid rules signs and apologizing for the not having the door unlocked. She immediately took us to our banker and introduced us. This banker, Denis Godnenko, immediately stood up and shook our hands, introducing himself and welcomed us. SHOCK SHOCK according to the nasty reviews shown. This, to my son and I is an amazing Well's Fargo Branch and would highly recommend it. I wish I could give it 10 stars!!!!!!!!!! Denis was amazing and made a recommendation of how to take care of an issue I thought I would have to see my lawyer about, to change/add to my Will. Saved me big money!Thank you Denis and thank you to the wonderful young lady greeting us!

By far, the slowest bank I have ever been to. Out of 4 lanes in drive thru, typically only 2 open.Just gets old. Try to pop in to make a deposit, and I need to allow 25 mins. Covid is not to blame! Lack of enough employees to support current customers is.

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment as they asked so that my soon can open his savings account, which they closed for nothing. My 15 year old soon didn't have a ID which he is under my adult account. Waited an extra 20 min pass my app for them to tell me to reschedule not come right back. 0 stars
