Being stupid I gave another chance. 4th car in line and it took about 20 minutes. Got to window and the man in front of me came to window because his order was wrong. I had two sandwiches and fries so I pulled off. Decided to check the sandwiches and they had given me a chicken sandwich instead of a double cheeseburger. Got out of car and went to door to get order right. Door was locked (4pm). Had to walk around building, get out of car, walk in front of cars to get to window. There were 2managers laughing looking at phones while one girl was doing EVERYTHING. By the time all of this happened, my other sandwich and fries were cold and my frosty had melted.

IMy experience at this location Wendy's is normally amazing. Not today. The young lady (cashier) with the red braids was very unpleasant. I ordered a #1 burger and received a cold chicken sandwich with no fries from her co-worker. I guess today was just not the day to dine at this Wendy's.Wendy's

745pm 3/7. Slow drive through but they're trying hard. Man at the window was super honest. Can't ask for much more than that. Great big vanilla Frostys so I have no complaints. Good luck turning it around!

I love Wendy’s but this one is awful. The chicken sandwich had been sitting. It was chewy. I asked for xtra pickles and got none.

Horrible service workers saw me trying to get in to get my order and instead of informing that the dining area was closed they say in there looked at me and said nothing and when I called they told me I had to go through drive through no signage or anything and please disable the pick up in Dining on the app totally didn’t like

I’ve been here twice in the last month. Pull up to drive thru and I’m told something like “sorry our manager isn’t here and we cant ring anything up”Even when they are taking orders it takes 30 min to get your food.…to the owner of this Wendy’s, please fix this.

Walked up to dine in at 6pm and the cashier stares at me through the locked door and just walks away. How is this place closed at 6pm???
