“In my 70's and have never had this kind of great CS and work performance way beyond 5 starts. Took my car in before anyone else could and were only 20 minutes from my home in SC. Unfortunately, before this car was completed, which didn't take them long my other car was hit a dear. As soon as I got the 1st car back I gave them the other one, which was also done very fast. But the best part wasn't the fast service, but the level of work that was done to both cars that went beyond anything I could have imagined. The front of the 2nd car (2014) looked like a new car just driven off the lot. For your info, I'm a christian and God says "and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death (Revelation 21:8) That's truly how great the service was.”

“Had my first experience with them this week. I needed brake pads and thought I needed all 4 wheels but I only needed the back. They didn’t make any repairs I didn’t need and advised me on another repair I needed done but didn’t have the equipment. Service was lightning fast and done earlier than they told me. I’ll definitely be back!”

“You can tell the guy is a Christian and even though my friends vehicle was stolen and the police retrieved it and called them to tow it in, it sat in his tow yard for maybe 4 days before she was allowed to pick it back up. Instead of charging her the tow fee in addition to the daily charge he allowed her to only pay the tow fee. It may seem harsh to some since technically it wasn't her fault that it was there in the first place but looking at the alternative either $200 tow charge or buying another vehicle, trust me that's a blessing in itself. Very nice people and they have amazing hearts...”
“On a trip from Wilmington to Charlotte and my battery light came on. Found myself at Advanced Auto in Laurinburg NC. Glen was eager to help out! He diagnosed the problem and I needed a new alternator. It was Friday night and all shops were closed (6pm). If we were going to make it I would need to do it myself. Glen helped me with parts offered to help problem shoot if I got stuck. He literally save me and my family from a horrible night. I was having a hard time getting the belt back on and Glen looked at it and figured out I had it on wrong. After his help we finished up. It took me 3 hours but got it done and we made it to Charlotte before midnight. I am truly thankful for Glen!! I am in Advanced auto a lot with my old vehicles. I have never had someone so knowledgeable and eager to help me out! THANK YOU GLEN!!!!”
“I was on my way to Myrtle Beach and a light came on for my battery charge system. I stopped at this auto zone as it was the closest. I needed to get an alternator changed. Kanye and Tyrone were very helpful and was able to get me the correct part and went out of his way to set me up with a shop that would install the alternator and get me on the road in time for my trip. The best experience I have ever had at any Auto Zone establishment.”
“My son had a problem with his exhaust system on his 2016 Jeep Compass. It had rusted and broken. We took it in and they had it fixed in less than 2 hours for 100.00 dollars. You can't beat a deal like that with a stick.”

It's a small parts house that reminds me of how it used to be, after a couple of times in the store the owner remembers you and is very good at finding what you need. They are cheaper on a lot of things than the big box parts stores but have a lot more Quality!!”
“02/25/2025 I took my vehicle to get serviced, and Dean saved me hundreds of dollars due to his tire expertise. PROMOTE HIM. He should be the one training people. That guy knows everything about tire & lube. I won't get my vehicle serviced again unless he's there, or someone he trained is working there.”
