I ordered an item online. It was 2b delivered today. I ordered and paid online. Part of the order was delivered. Not the main item; the part delivered was no good without the main item. Appears they did not have item in stock. After several hours trying to untangle this mess I cancelled the order. All that was left was a refund for $9.99 immediate delivery.

The custr svc rep at the Mayodan location MBaxter was able to assist with amt charged for priority delivery, and getting me reimbursed. SHE gets the 5*****. I nominate her for best custr svc award. Not just for getting me reimbursed, BUT for the compassion she showed to me. She listened, empathize with me and did not give up until she got me a refund. Thanks Ms. Baxter!

There was a very kind lady in the garden area who took the time to talk to me about flea traps. She was very knowledgeable and told me that she had tried them herself and how well they worked for her. She also told me about a few other products in case I need them. This is the kind of customer service rep ALL stores need. You were great!!! 🙋♀️

Employees are great. This review is directed to people in the penthouse.

2.I'm a long time customer and have purchased thousand of dollars over the years. Self check out, i do not work for Lowe's so if I need to do this I will buy some where else.
3.What up with adding feed for animals and a clothing section. You need to get back to your roots!

Always enjoy visits to Lowe’s. I sometimes use the in-store app to find items and may look at items longer than others. Most employees are nice,greet you and move along. This day,I had an employee pass by nodded hello, then looks in my cart. First time I’ve ever had employee @ Lowes eyeball my items.

Today , Lowe’s in Mayodan gets a five out of five … I ran into a gentleman at the pro desk , Cody , and was absolutely blown away at how much he helped me. He taught me about the rewards program and saved me some money , All with a great attitude … Cody has my business !
