Wow never had a bad experience buying shoes but here we go. First of all I'm picky and because I'm taking more than 10 minutes to pick shoes, I'm being followed. Then when I get to the counter to buy the shoes, they BOTH had to check all the shoes twice. I asked what's wrong ? They didn't even answer. Just shrugged. So, I knew they thought I was I guess possibly stealing ? HAAA, had to show my bank account with 5k sitting on it , like damn y'all picked the wrong girl to act like that too. I feel like it was with attitude, but whatever. I've got money and I come here all the time but not anymore. I'll be taking my money elsewhere. Which is multiple times a year so y'all will be losing that much from me. Hope it shuts down or get better workers. Not good at watching people I can tell ya that.

I was in search for a shoe that I had absolutely fell in love with. They had this shoe and marked down but not in my size. I was unable to find it in my size in this store as well since it was the last due to the sale. The store associates were super helpful and found the shoe for me in multiple other stores in my size. I was able to go to one of those stores and retrieve the shoe and I couldn’t be happier. Great service!

Pretty good prices, and for a small-town store they carry a lot of shoes. All of the staff are friendly, and I enjoy coming to look and to get shoes. They have sales pretty often too, so you can get some very good shoes for a good price.

I went in close to closing time but the employees were still cheerful and friendly, they helped me find the style of shoes I was looking for. The reason I pointed out that it was near closing time is because I worked in retail many years ago so I know employees aren't usually very happy when customers come in near closing time. I purchased a pair of crocs because for years I've heard so many people talk about how comfortable they are, even though I think they are some of the ugliest shoes on the planet!
