Mason, the Store Manager, is Amazing! His crew took what was a massive obstacle for the admin with Verizon Direct and made me a happy customer. Verizon's assistance was unable to help me with a new phone (major problem) and wanted me to pay for it out of pocket! I spent an hour and a half on the phone with Verizon, to get NOWHERE. They didn't want to help an 18-year-long customer out, with a phone disaster! Mason and a new employee took it upon themselves and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and helped me get a working phone! I know all of these phone providers are mostly about money, but at least if you are going to go with a service, go where you will be taken care of if something goes wrong with your device. They have worked tirelessly to get my account in order and make sure my phone was fixed. I commend Mason on his amazing work, and I am grateful for the community to have this guy in the customer's corner!! I recommend Verizon in Mayodan, NC, for your phone needs; they will make sure you are taken care of, even if you have an impossible fix. Signed, a very satisfied customer...... Cynthia D.

Me and my husband were helped by Cole. We both got new phones and I got a new tablet. Cole was very helpful and courteous. He helped us to understand how to use the new phones and showed us the features. He was the best and would recommend him and this location. Thank you so much Cole.

Most rude representation of Verizon ever in my 20+ years as a customer. When in to get my Verizon screen saver replace and given sale hype on trading my iPhone 13pro phone. After saying I wasn’t interested the salesman continues to insist. Had to repeatedly give agent my phone number and name. After installation was told it would be forty dollars, I explained that the screen saver he took off was purchased at the exact same store. Then he relinquished and say $11.70. I had a twenty and was told that I needed to use a card, I didn’t have a card to use. Try to pay with the twenty was told they had no change. Then the salesperson freak out jerks the screen saver off my phone with explicit words. Handed my phone and was told to get the f out of the store. He seem about to get physical with me a 74 yr old man I left he followed me to door shouting. I was glad to leave, I’ll never go back. Decided to post here before going on social media. By the way he didn’t return my screen saver, maybe he had a nervous condition.
