I stayed at this hotel last year. Was wrongly charged $450 for damages to a faulty TV that was already damaged when I checked in.After calling the hotel manager “Macy” she refused to revoke the charge, blaming me for the faulty TV. Mind you, I’ve been a Hilton Honors diamond member for 7 years and never had any problem at any Hilton location.Called my credit card company and they were able to revert the charges.Extremely rude and unprofessional management team.Be careful at this location!

The bed was terrible! The service, breakfast, cleanliness and other aspects of the hotel were good. The rating was lower because every time we stay at a Hampton the quality of the bed seems to decline. As a place to sleep on our travels, they should make the quality of the bed priority. We slept lousy and woke up extremely achey because of the terrible beds. Please do better Hilton. We used to brag about how comfy your hotels were...not anymore.

This was by far the worst experience at a hotel I've ever had. If I could give negitve stars I would. The rooms were smelly and dirty, hotel staff was rude and racist to me and my guest. Would never stay here again, nor would I recommend this (motel) to anyone.Rooms: Smelly and dirty

Between the hotel staff, the room and the overall hotel, it was the worst stay I have. The biggest insult was they are still charging $200/night. I booked the reservation through my Hilton honors app where there was no mention of the hotel undergoing renovations. The smell in the room and the condition of the hotel were not the quality I would expect with a Hilton.

Very nice hotel for families. Clean, safe, great breakfast. I can’t ask for more. Staff is always polite and accommodating.

The hotel is nice. Please be aware that the pool is mot open . They said it was being updated. but nothing was started and it is hot in July 2023

No one was at desk when attempting to check in, beds uncomfortable, shower didn't work (we were allowed to shower in another room), pool wasn't useable ..not our best Hampton Inn

Jumping Jellybean! Put a ? here. Getting to this site was easy to include signing in. Our room was spacious and welcoming, King Size Bed, large TV, fully stock snacks, refrigerator, and microwave. It was evidence that recovering from COVID was still in full swing. Nevertheless, there's no hiccups or missteps in taking care of their clients. Maids were busy cleaning rooms. In fact, when they passed me coming through the doors, they had smiles and greetings. Wow! That means I will come again. Hey, let's I forget, give someone a hug and let them know you love ❤️ them. Keep the power of peace...follow me and be kind! Ciao.
