I took my daughter to find clothes for an upcoming internship. Tony was knowledgeable, attentive, and oh so helpful! She really knows her stuff. My daughter left with 5 pieces that will mix and match to make multiple outfits, and she looked beautiful! Thank you Tony and AT Factory.

Went in towards the end of March. Just want to say thank you to the manager and associates who helped my family and I.I started a new job and this was the first time I had to have professional clothes so I really appreciated their patience while I tried on things and made my decisions. The manager was really kind and helped us out at the register with sale items not ringing up correctly, even though I had misread the signs. That small thing really meant a lot for us, thank you.

Wasn't crowded so had a ton of help from the speedy and friendly clerks. Everything was on sale plus even gave me extra discounts beyond the normal one when opening an account. Score!

I went in this store for the first time today. I told the young lady, her name was Shaniah, what I was looking for. Although I didn't purchase anything , it wasn't because of the service I received. This young lady tried very hard to find something for me. There were other customers in the store and from what I observed, she was helping them also. Shaniah was a great example of what customer service should be, like it used to be years ago. I told her before I left that she should be proud of herself...and I hope the company is also.Thanks again for the wonderful experience!!

I would have given no stars if there was an option- I was there on 11/29/21 around 6PM and had a horrible experience with an employee showing her attitude when enquired about a legging I did not find. I did not give much attention then and continued my shopping- later, when was checking out at the counter, she was very very rude ( I really felt insulted) while taking my information to put into the system. Very bad experience !

Horrible customer service from the manager Karen this past Friday. Came to Tanger outlet for celebration of my birthday. I inquired about nurses discount because every other store I have gone to had 10% for healthcare provider. Karen the store manger said no they only had a discount for teachers and military. I called customer service and spoke with a representative that said that the manager could have override discount. I called the store and spoke with Karen and told her what the customer service representative said. Karen stated “I didn’t realize that you were super super upset about it!” As I told Karen, I am working at hospital continuously putting myself at risk with covid on the rise once again and the last thing I want to do or deal with is rude customer service ! The comment about me being “super super upset” was unwarranted.
